Walk, bike or drive on the Seattle-Bainbridge Ferry to Bainbridge Island 8.6 miles. Continue straight onto WA-305 (1 mile). Turn left onto High School Road NE. The Marshall Suites will be on the right. As part of your Bainbridge Island ferry adventure, enjoy the dramatic views of Seattle, the sound (if you are fortunate, Orca Whales) and the forests of Bainbridge Island.

It's a typical hotel, nothing Fancy. They do have a small kitchen which is nice. My biggest problem with them is the fact we needed to check in at 1:45pm because our tour started at 2:30 (this is one of the hotels recommended) They charged us an extra $25 to check in early.
If they didn't have rooms ready I can see them asking us to wait. However they had rooms ready and charged us extra to access it. I will not be staying here again.

Abuse! Larry Donnelly the manager and his employees are completely inept! I’m legally blind and he’s called me a pathetic little man with no life. They’ve been holding onto my girlfriends funds of $1100 for over 3 weeks now. Anyone that’s curious is welcome to email me for proof of his verbal abuse and name calling through email. He’s gone as far as sending MY bank account info to someone other than myself, which is completely illegal. The owner has been contacted and I’ll wait to hear from him.

We had two rooms. Although both rooms were big the hotel itself is in need of some much-needed updating:( It is old and run down. The carpet, couches, and bed all need to be replaced! It was clean however and there are not a whole lot of choices and the location is good. The staff is super nice. However we asked for view rooms well I guess if you consider the gas station a view room we got that and the other view room we got was the main road right outside of the elevator:) So lesson learned do NOT request a specific room because you will get put in the worse possible room there is in the hotel

For the price, $500 plus for 2 days, I was expecting more. Room was basic, mold spores on shower curtain and yellow streaks on wall next to toilet. Bed was not comfortable.

I stayed at Marshall Suites last week just for a quick 24 hour visit to Bainbridge Island and I loved the hotel! My room was ready early, despite the hotel being sold out that night (I overheard), the room was large with a nice, big sitting room and well appointed. I liked being able to open the windows and let in the fresh rain air. It was quiet and I slept incredibly well. I had a minor clog in the bathroom and they were very quick to fix it and follow up about it later. There were good restaurants right across the street and amazing restaurants about a 20 minute walk away (I didn't have a car

Wasn't a great experience. I left one of the keys in my room and couldn't get the second one to work. The lobby was closed and the only number posted to call was the front desk that just rolled to a message saying no one was available until 6am. I left a message with no return call. I slept in the lobby for a while and then my car and once my boys returned I slept on the floor in their room. Thank goodness we didn't have a small pmchild in the room. In an event like that, the only option would have been to call 911 and have them break into the room. I had stayed in this hotel off and on for 3 years

Love this place. They're doing a fantastic job during covid to make their guests feel comfortable. Rooms were very roomy and comfortable send good location and it covered parking

I actually never got to stay in the hotel because they said they overbooked and after 3 months called me to say they didn’t have a room for me. We are going to celebrate a family wedding and now do not have a room for the weekend! The manager denied us the room cancelled by a family friend after I was told I was number 1 on the wait list-because apparently the waitlist does not actually exist since he couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me what number I really was👿👿
It is infuriating to be deceived and lied to by a hotel staff that clearly has absolutely 0% customer service!!

Awesome rooms and awesome prices. We came in for my wife's medical appointment. And nice workers also. There is one thing that happened is that I was authorized 3 times where it should be 2 times and now I have to wait about a week to get the money back. Other than that good hotel and good workers.
