I don't know where to begin. No ice clearing/ice melt led to slippery ice in the parking lot. I fell and broke my tooth and chipped another one. My jaw hurts so bad I cannot eat anything solid. The room has 2 tissues in the tissue box which were not enough to control the bleeding from my fall. The place was understaffed so they wouldn't send up anyone to deliver a fresh set of tissues. The coffee maker in the room had weird white particulate matter and hadn't been cleaned in ages. Save yourself some money and book any other place.

My husband and I stayed this weekend and it was cute! Good location to restaurants and the mall. Let me tell you. I PASSED out in that bed with those pillows. I haven’t had a pain free sleep in months. I slept so good. I already miss the bed and pillows. The lady that checked us in was also amazing. Manager maybe? Light brown or reddish brown hair?

Stayed a month (September) for work, room was clean and comfortable. The nightly reception was great with a free soup and salad bar. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional. Great little Mexican restaurant about a 5 minute walk away.

Decent hotel. Make sure to ask for a water view otherwise you’ll have a scenic view of the parking lot like I had. My room was a good size (not a suite) and the bed / pillows were comfortable. In general the lobby, hallway and rooms look and feel well worn. They could use a refresh of carpets, curtains and wall coverings. The front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice location. Great rooms. We had a lower floor suite that had a door that opened directly outside. Great for our pup. The two free beverages at the evening reception and free breakfast is a big plus too.

The bed was comfy, love the deep soak tub, everything was clean. The only thing that threw me off was the male bartender. Shorter guy. The woman bartender was making my drinks. He came in a few moments later and asked if she wanted him to do it, even though she was already in the middle of it. As she was making them, he was behind her barking at her what to do. He then told me he doesn't make certain cocktails up to specifications and excludes certain ingredients because he taste tests them all to his liking. I found this very bizarre. You are supposed to make cocktails with specific ingredients

AWARENESS:
Plans for this month were to be sipping on vino and snacking on antipasto in Italy but the Rona and politics killed that noise. So, the wife and I did the next best thing. With both of our boys in port, stateside and in they're respective duty bases - ROAD TRIP! First stop. Naval Sub Base in Bangor Washington.

NARRATIVE:
With our planned trip to Italy cancelled. The wife and I decided to visit our boys. Both are currently on active duty in the Navy. Our oldest is in San Diego and our middle on a submarine, home ported in Bangor Washington. We decided to visit our middle son

This place is awesome. Super nice staff and very accommodating. The only issue was they closed down alot of the breakfast items before 11am and what was left was cold. Other than that the place is great. i would stay there again.

Heads up this is going to be a two handed review.. On the one hand this hotel looks great, the staff is friendly & responsive, and the complementary breakfast was robust, tasty & warm. A sounds great, a real tuck me in experience right? But before you race over there for the complementary makeup towelettes be warned there were two issues that my wife & I experienced (1) very slow internet connection - ya know the kind that requires one's Instagram video to have to wait for the upload wheel to complete its queuing rotation (vs, ya know, like they have in the 21st century) (2

ANIMAL FRIENDLY!! Thank you!
Facing the water brings ease and beauty and what tops it off is the dirt path alongside of the wetland area that recedes in the early a.m.
The hotel is clean but can be noisy some nights. It is very pricey, but they do provide a filling continental breakfast and alcohol beverages in the evening.

For a hotel in Kitsap it's not bad. Service great, lots of complimentary stuff... free breakfast (don't expect much). Plenty of parking and restaurants in the area. Had a room facing the water which was nice. Rooms are decently cleaned. It's no Four Seasons, but I would stay here again.

I stayed here years ago on my very first trip to Silverdale for work in Keyport. I remembered it fondly and last year I stayed across the water at the hotel right on the water --- The Best Western Plus.

So this year I was able to book it because all the other hotels in the area were booked --- check-in was easy enough but the elevator was broken and had to be reset so we had to wait about 15 minutes for that - everyone was friendly - no huge deal.

When I made the reservation I requested a top floor room away from the elevator - at checkin I was informed there were no top floor rooms but might
