Girls! Ladies! Women! Do not I repeat DO NOT go here by yourself! Sketchy men who look like they will do some bad things to us! The men are disgusting, downright disrespectful, and beyond inappropriate. No lights and very dangerous at night. Got my car towed away at my apartment complex I believe someone called to have it towed. What the guy said did not make any sense since there is about 6 cars in my parking garage with no sticker. He said that they tow from my building daily which is bs. How did they enter our parking garage when you need a garage clicker. Only way if somebody let them in. Now

Absolutely horrible. They towed my friends car from my apartment, while the parking pass had accidentally fell from the dash to the floor of the passenger side, clearly visible. Towed my car anyway, attempted to charge me nearly $300. I went out to the tow lot with a worker to show the clearly visible pass. they still made me pay $125. absolutely disgusting company. DO NOT USE THEM AT YOUR COMPANY OR APARTMENTS

My car was towed from visitor parking while I was in visiting my mom. I was upset with the circumstances and the complex, but the towing company and staff were really friendly and easy to work with. There was plenty of personnel on the lot including an officer so I felt safe, and their vehicles are clean and professional so I felt like my car was likely handled well too. I paid $231 and I was back in my car and off the lot in about 15 minutes. Given the situation they made it as smooth as possible to get my belongings and get back on the road!

As a business owner myself, I am almost never one to leave bad reviews, but in this case it’s warranted. These folks are scam artists. They towed my Father’s car for no reason. He was parked in a 3-hour visitor spot at my apartment complex, and had been there for no longer than 45 minutes. Upon calling them to see what happened, they informed me it would be $230 to retrieve the car from the impound lot. If these people didn’t have contracts with apartment complexes, they would be bankrupt! Shady shady shady.

If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. Not sure if this is a family business or what but they are very unorganized & sketchy. My car got towed around 11pm & was targeted specifically because of out of state plates & when I went to go pick it up the next morning around 9am, the place looked like a trap house. I'm sure there's more illegal activity happening at that place. This 'company' literally abuses their power to make thousands of dollars per night. Not to mention, the lady there in the morning thinks she's the smartest out while I really beg to differ.

These people towed my car from my friends gated apartment community at 2am. I’ve been parking there for 2 years in nice open spaces. Apt complex changed where their visitor parking was to be and not ONE SIGN is on the premises. They literally came in the gate and purposely searched cars. $286 for 6 hrs. They are the #1 most expensive and run down shady facility I’ve ever seen. Robbery.

Towed our car yesterday morning from our complex because our registration pass was covered by a mask (thanks covid), but was registered with our community. Even after explaining the situation and letting them know the pass was in the car, they wouldn't give a break in the price. $283.25 to get back a car that was rightful parked, which I am sure they see regularly, since we have lived here for 5 years. There is a special place for people like this.

Not sure how a company with 1 Star on all its reviews is still operating. This place is ran out of a trap house so you can only assume how it's ran... got cussed out right away after trying to retrieve my car. Pulled up and the heavier set guy said he wouldn't give me my car. Get a tetanus shot before going here for anything. Maybe even an STD test as well after you leave.

Guys This company needs to get shut down!!!!!!. I don't know how they are operating actually, I do they make their living off of you. They literally tow cars in your own garage parking like how is that even normal?!? What gives them the right to come and tow a car that was "PARKED" legally and normal in front of my garage?!? They couldn't afford there monthly payment so they show up out of the blue and think it's ok to to tow cars. I'm gonna share SL Recovery and tell everyone and post it everywhere BE AWARE!!!!! I would rather get my car broken in to and have dinner with the thieves vs dealing with SL towing. towed my car from right in front of my garage. There are No "NO PARKING" signs anywhere. I always park my car there. My neighbors park their cars in front of they're garages didn't get towed. They dragged my automatic car, scratched up my wheels. Tried to up charge me even though my car has been in they're yard for only 4 hours. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!

This company is extremely shady and will make up random charges to make an extra dollar out of you. They charge 8% extra if you don't pay with cash and are inconsistent with their fees, we've had two vehicles towed from our home and one time there was a "SUV" charge and the time before that there wasn't. Both cars were SUVs!!
