THE most unprofessional towing company to work with in general but if your car gets towed for whatever reason just know it'll be a long day trying to get ur car back from them; they need to get a building first and hire people that care about their job to actually answer the phone and follow the given 'appointment' time they provide you to just pick up a car I was literally calling multiple times within a 30 min span of my 'appointment time' just trying to speak to somebody for directions or any type of communication . Literally something simple that was complicated for no reason . Do better .

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. It will usually be a great effort to get someone on the phone, but when you do,, you will wish you hadn't. They have a contract with my apartment complex and have towed my car 3 times in the span of 2 months. Of course, they are not to blame for the towing, but thier lack of basic respect for human beings is deplorable. They are clearly shady people because they act threatened if you arrive with more than one person. They shouted at my friend for getting out of his car when he came to check on me after 15 minutes of waiting for their system to process my payment

Extremely unprofessional. ANYONE IS BETTER THEN THEM! They don’t even have an actual building, just a lot. No one answers the phone. You have to park at the 7/11 and wait in thr middle of the rode. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

VERY RUDE. Unprofessional isn't even the word. They make it extremely hard to get your car back even if you follow their appointment rules. Listen to the comments, I would give them 0 stars too if I could. They definitely need to go ahead and close up shop for good if they don't want to service their customers.

My mercedes broke down 3 miles on a Sunday around 1 oclock. Omar and Overtime towing came out within 30 minutes and got my car to a local repair shop. Service was very fast and professional. I would recommend Overtime towing to all my family and friends.

This company is the business of towing cars illegally. DO NOT USE! Rude Staff and very unprofessional. Owner hung phone up twice on me during our conversation. BBB was contacted about this company. I wish I could give them no stars!!

While at work, my car was parked in an empty parking lot, at a business that has been closed for decades (old Shoney's on Little Rock). Although I've been parking there for months, in all fairness, the towing signs are posted and I was oblivious. I realize this is not the towing company's fault and I was towed. Person I spoke with was reasonably professional since I was somewhat irate. However, after reading the comments, I have the same criticism as many of those who have been towed by this company and I'm now aware that the company has many positive reviews from those who needed roadside assistance
