Mohammed was awesome! I called and got a response right away. He ended up having to put my car in neutral and push it out of a parking garage to get it loaded onto the tow truck. He brought another man with him and they did it effortlessly! I didn't have to lift a finger. He sent me a text with photo when he dropped my car at the dealership after hours. I would definitely call him again!

Not sure what is up with tow truck services in the area, but this company is the 3rd that I have attempted to get to pick up a car for me with no luck. Called to get a scheduled tow of my car and they couldn't do it. If you're a tow service you would think they would tow cars. Seems like they are more into repo than towing because when I called they said they were going to be busy for the next couple days and couldn't get to me. If this app let me score a zero for them I would.

Billy was incredibly helpful! He showed up earlier than expected and had no problem waiting for me to drive back to my car (I had to go home to walk the dogs). He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Huge thanks to Billy for helping!

Let me tell you the BEST Service EVER, Billy was awesome, he knew what he was doing. Never go with A&R towing, the guy wanted to damage out bumper (whom said had 25 years experience B.S) and was 3 hours late. We ended up calling Rescue Tow truck and they were there in less than 40 min. The Dispatcher was very polite and professional on the phone and so was Billy. I would 100% recommend Rescue Tow Truck Co. Thank you for knowing how to tow my car and knowing HOW to tow a car with broken axle. Thank You once again Rescue Tow Truck.......happy customer.

JT gave us amazing service- from the phone call to the end of the towing. He took us right where we needed to go, knew the area, was on time and very friendly! Since I just moved to the area, JT offered that if I needed any help in any way to call them and gave me business cards! He was friendly from start to finish.

Excellent tow/auto service. I locked my keys inside my car and a friend informed me that tow companies can take care of that issue for a reasonable price. Searched between multiple tow companies in the area and Rescue had the most affordable rates. Very quick arrival and the employee showed provided great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Rescue tow truck, this is the second accident I've been in the last two years and the last well known body shop wasn't half as good as them. My car looks like a brand new car and drives like a new one as well!! I would recommend family, friends, and even my worst enemies, five star collision customer service was great as well!!
