Dellinger Wrecker Service

My mother hydrplaned and was in Trama surgery ICU. I was given no choice where her vehicle was towed. The officer told me to take his report to Dellinger to make insurance arrangements about her totalled car. Her meds were still in the car and the hospital needed the bottles. I took the accident report from the officer plus her ID and insurance papers. I was told by the two working the window that she needed to sign their form. I explained her situation. The two women were the rudest humans I have ever encountered. Finally I just gave up and asked for a pen so that I could fill in the needed information

Great experience here the tow guys got the job done for me due to my accident. Jamal was no lazy guy and also funny lol. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful

We were involved in a motorcycle accident on the 485 along with two other motorcycles. We asked the driver to take our bikes to the Harley dealership in Mathews and we would have our insurance pay for towing, he agreed. He instead took our bikes back to his wrecker yard. Now instead of our bikes being looked at by our insurance company and being repaired by Harley, they are sitting at the wrecker shop collecting storage fees. They won't release bikes until owners of each bike goes to shop with ID. Unfortunately all involved are injured or in hospital making it impossible for several days to weeks

If negative was a rating y'all would be getting that this was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere I was the first customer there by about 10 minutes but then I was told you have to wait first come first serve they then proceeded to let people that had gotten there after me get service before me saying I was the only minority there I think they were discriminating against me. And when I got there the officer said I would have to get my wallet from the car because of some circumstances they try to not let me be able to prove the vehicle was mine. My friend wrecked my car and got into the hospital
I came four days after the accident to check on the car and was told I cannot go to look at the car because someone need to pay the bill
I only have liability and the car was completely wrecked so it was not worth buying it back
But apparently I could not even walk in and take my stuff out of the car because they ask for payment
I don't think it is the right way of doing business
I understand that they are a legit business but it is a legit business that is run by crooks

I found everyone at Dellinger to be professional, friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. This company has a lot of towing vehicles and is well organized so I can see why the CMPD recommended them when our car was wrecked. They were able to tow both vehicles from the accident scene with the same truck, one on top and one pulled behind.

Unfortunately, our car was hit from behind on Sunday afternoon on 521 and it was pretty bad, we did not know what to do as the accident was serious and we would need a wrecker. The police officers on the scene asked who we wanted to use and we told them to please gives us some names as we did not even know a name of a tow company. Luckily for us they told us a few names and we said please call Dellinger's as it was the name we remember from the few the officer told us, and this was lucky for us.
