I rented a two bedroom apartment for a year with this company. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. They KEPT my $500 deposit after i'd cleaned the whole apartment from top to bottom (walls, baseboards, fans, EVERYTHING!) It was seriously spotless! My roof leaked water, there was mold growing in the bathroom, and the maintainance guy NEVER fixed my drawer which was broken during my first walk through upon renting the apartment. The office manager LOST our rent one month, charged us late fees, and never informed us we were "late" until after charging us for what was her mistake. She later found our money order

I lived at Bridgemont from November 2011 to May 2013. Durring the nearly 2 years I lived there it had it's up's and down's. In 2012 They had so many managers in and out and even had 1 manager that didn't take care of anything! She was hardly ever there and was always losing rent checks!! Then the new manager Vanessa came in around November 2012. She's very attentive and nice. I'm surprised she 's stayed at Bridgemont as long as she has! I really didn't want to move but our family is growing and we're finally proud to say that we are now homeowner's. It seeme like Bridgemont was finally at it's
