Maintenance is awesome, Especially Dave, he has answered within 10 minutes, hes answered on the weekends, hes never just left something unfinished, once hes here hes on it until its fixed or replaced unless they need to order a part. We had a AC issue recently, he fixed it, replaced valved, topped off our coolant, dusted the outside vent and made sure we had a cool 58 degree coming from our ceiling vents before he left. Dave is Amazing, definitely a reason to stay at Aldara!

I have moved around a lot in my life and by far this was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. You can hear and smell everything your neighbors are doing. The doors are spring loaded and everyone lets their doors slam which results in the entire building shaking. You cant watch your television past 7pm or get reported by lousy neighbors. It constantly smells like sulfur and sewage in the surrounding area. They advertise on craigslist for gods sake which is a big enough red flag to avoid these apartments at all cost. You also will not be seeing any of your deposit back as they will attempt to

Shi*place to live and rude a** people. Heather is my least favorite. She has a bi**hy personality. No good customer service whatsoever. And the mantienen e people continuously enter my apartment without permission. And without me even requesting their help. I've decided to leave my dog loose, so now if anyone decides to enter unannounced they get bit and attacked. My dog is trained to protect his home. I'm moving out ASAP!

Heather, the leasing office agent, has been fantastic to work with. After moving in, we experienced a leaking washing machine, cracked garbage disposal that leaked, and a small spot of water damage in the master bath. We submitted work orders for all issues and the were either resolved the same day or the next business day. The maintenance men do a great job! We rarely hear the neighbors upstairs and never hear the neighbors below or next to us. This is the best apartment living can get!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The management is terrible. The maintenance is terrible. The people that live there don't pick up after their dogs and the management does absolutely nothing about it. The lease is HUGE so they could hide all their legal crap so we get absolutely NO flexibility. They don't care about their tenants, they only care about themselves and taking our money.
We just moved out and they're charging us almost $1000 in move out fees. Making us pay $140 to deep clean a crappy piece of 169 sq ft carpet that didn't need cleaning

Great place to live. The view is amazing from our third story apartment. With friendly staff, amazing amenities and huge apartments! The pool is great, and everyone abides by the rules nicely. Never had a complaint. People aren't too noisy. In fact I can't even hear my neighbors! Almost like I'm living in a house! Pet friendly which is great! And they have covered parking! If you want affordable luxury living, These apartments are where it is at!

My husband and I moved in to these "luxury" apartments about a month ago. We moved from out of state and we were not able to see these homes in person. When I first walked in to apartment I was half disappointed. The hardwood laminate flooring was kinda cheap looking, and the walls were painted in a flat white. The stainless steal appliances are nice and so are the granite counter tops. The bathroom is also painted in a flat white paint and the tub with the surround are cheap looking as well. After living here for a little more than a month I have noticed that the water in the laundry
