I’m super excited about the new manager!!!! She is very helpful and kind. Took care of my issues extremely quick and made me feel like she actually cares. Jennifer is making lots of positive changes, our building is clean and I actually feel at home now. A huge Thank you to her.

If an apartment can be toxic than it is University Towers. This apartment made me physically ill from stress and mold! They are deceitful and play the victim. It does not matter how many work orders you submit or how many times you talk to management they will pat you on the head and dismiss you away. University towers does not care about the well being of there tenants whatsoever. It is by far the most unsanitary place I have ever lived. DO NOT GET TRAPPED IN A LEASE WITH UNIVERSITY TOWERS. The moment I moved out it was a huge relief and my physical health immediately improved.

Wow what a change!!!!! New manager and all previous staff no longer there makes a big difference. The new manager is super awesome and is actually there and helpful. I was going to sell my lease but honestly after speaking to her, I’m going to stay!!! Very honest and upfront. If you’re considering university tower to live at definitely do. I would have said this before, but I’ve already seen major changes.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! It’s 57degrees Fahrenheit inside because the heater is broken and it’s so cold! I hate this place! The sink was broken for months, the dishwasher is still broken for months, the shower doesn’t have enough hot water. I’m sick because of this place. Do NOT move here!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moved in after 8/25/21 and was charged for a full month of rent for august, and then immediately after for a full month for september a week later even though I was told it was a security deposit and First month rent. they never saved my security deposit, which the lease states they have to do and can't apply it to the rent so they broke contract at the beginning. I was guaranteed a total of $550 which was equal to a months rent for the referral of 4 people if they all signed leases. and within 1 month all of them signed leases and moved in. When I realized

DON"T MOVE HERE.
It is challenging for me to have anything positive to say about this apartment complex. I would discourage anyone looking to move here to do so because of how poorly managed University Towers is.
When I initially moved in, it appeared that the apartment hadn't been cleaned in probably months. Dirt. Dust. Bugs. You name it. One of the people who worked for the complex who I spoke with said that no cleaners had come in at all for the past 15 months.
Work orders and maintenance requests are rarely if ever fixed or repaired. We have a bathroom sink needing maintenance because it

They lie. They aren’t honest. When I moved in they didn’t clean the apartment. And now they want me to pay them to clean it. They lose contracts. I moved out months ago and still trying to get my deposit back. They charge you more and sneak charges in. They have very poor management. And always fire and hire. They try to avoid mistakes on things because they don’t want to lose money or they don’t like to face it.
They like to show you the nicest room in the apartment. But that’s not what it looked like when I moved in. But I couldn’t get out of my contract.
They charged me an extra

Take time to look at the most recent reviews. They have really slacked this year. Hopefully this next year will be better. I know a lot of apartments didn't have AC for quite some time and never offered to lower rent for those months.
They also keep going through maintenance guys which could be due to poor management. They neglected the lawn for months and also have now let the garbage pile over the dumpster quite a bit... like it would probably fill a second dumpster by now. They also had us only using two bathrooms for about 6 months since once was in such bad repair. Honestly the only reason

Nahhh, this was the worst place ever. Their example room that they show is way more nice than the actual room that they put you in. They assign you with 7 other roommates in one apartment with a small kitchen with 2 fridges. They put a boot on my car and fined me without warning because I didn't have a car sticker and I came back from vacation on the week they started doing checks.
I tried to sell my contract and it took them a full week each time I had a buyer to generate a buyers contract and by that time the buyer had lost interest. It happened to me with 3 different buyers and almost a whole

I am currently a resident at University towers and I have to say I absolutely love it! The apartments are spacious, my assigned roommates are great, and the staff is amazing! The office is open conveniently on weekdays and is always willing to help after hours in cases of emergency. One thing that has made my time at UT so great is the freshman program organized by Jessica Barber. Through this program I was able to meet with a therapist once a month, attend fun activities and get togethers (in addition to the events already available to all tenants), receive info on happenings in the area, and
