My family and I have been going to Image eye care for the past 3 years. They always greet us as soon as we come through the door with a smile. They are quick to get us in and we never feel rushed. They don't try to upsell us and always explain everything thoroughly. I will continue to come here for years to come.

I have been going to image I care since they opened and this last time is the last time I'm going I had my annual eye exam and decided to use my insurance for new prescription sunglasses I was given three different quotes on the cost and last night Sammy called and said the glasses would be 349 Sammy advised they should make an appointment to come in on Saturday so I did then I was told the cost would be $419 I tried to explain to them that's not what I was told it and they wouldn't do nothing to change it they say everything happens for a reason so I just found out that VSP insurance

I received a phone call after waiting over a month to be seen by Image Eye Care in Southern Highlands, which OK, it's understandable due to COVID-19 and the circumstances surrounding the pandemic. However, due to missing an appointment back in 2017, (Life happens) and due to the Office not being able to confirm my insurance that I do have, and not being able to reach me shared with me that they will not be able to see me at all. Extremely disappointed in how I was treated as a loyal and long term customer. Brought in a pair of reading glasses to have the lenses modified. They broke the frames and now insist that I purchase a new pair of frames, and conveniently hide behind their clause that they are not responsible. These were not flimsy frames, they were high quality and in excellent condition; frames that I really liked btw. They did not offer up a solution or to even meet me half way, only a scripted "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do" and kept referring to their clause that protects them, but not me as the customer

Unable to "Pick up" glasses that were already paid for. They said come by after 9 we will let you in to pickup. Dr is nice management of the office is the least customer service orientated. When I went to pick them up, they said you missed your appointment so you have to reschedule. Never was told that this was an appointment and that if I didn't make it there on time my glasses would be unavailable. By the way they were late getting me my glasses, but the customer gets punished if they are assumed to be late. Would not recommend.

The entire staff at this location are great! Every time I call the ladies are all so polite and friendly! Jennifer assisted me in picking out my frames, didn't rush me at all. She figured out my style, showed me great options, and was so helpful and patient while I FaceTimed my brother for his opinion. I can't remember the other lady's name but she has long curly hair she was so funny and personable. Dr. Susie Le was awesome! Would highly recommend her for your eye care and just this location in general!

Not impressed with this placed at all! I needed to get an eye exam because it had been a couple of years. I wasn't having any issues but I travel a lot and I thought I may have dry eyes because for extended periods on the computer it was hard to follow lows on excel sheets.
I really just needed a pair of reader not proscription. They sold me a very strong prescription that they had to fix to basically a reader for $400 with an exam and the glasses. Please note they were not designer frames. I understand eyes can start getting bad at 43 but not to the point were I want to make a great

Dr. Ha prescribed me these amazing allergy eyedrops that feel like they're saving my livelihood! His staff also properly adjusted my glasses to a degree I did not think was possible (previous staff tried and failed). Turned from a 2-star customer to a 4-star. Happy with the service provided to me once again.

I've been to several optometrist locations here in Vegas, & nothing has topped the experience I always have with Image Eye Care. With every visit, I know I can expect excellent, attentive customer service & a quick, but efficient visit. The entire staff is incredibly friendly & helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Bibi & Jennifer who always ensure every single request & question I have is answered before I leave.

I see Dr. Le and she amazing! Always personable, asking me questions about myself and she truly cares. She is so knowledgeable and answers any questions I have in a way that I can understand. I wanted to wear contacts at one point and Dr. Le gave me a ton of options to try. Even though I had a hard time with the contacts, Dr. Le was always professional and eager to find the right fit for me. I haven't seen Dr. Ha, but I can only imagine he is as great as Dr. Le is.

Dr Thomas Ha is amazing!!! We've been coming here since my kids were little. Now they're 13 and 18, and they've helped us through the years. From getting metal shavings in the eye, conjunctivitis, and the annual exams, they do it all here.
Today's trip had to do with dry eyes. Got in and out relatively quickly. 4:30 appointment and done by 4:45. Thank you for always trying to stick with your appointments and valuing our time as well as yours.

Today was my 2nd time going to Image Eye Care and I will not be back. I received an e-mail asking that I schedule my annual exam. I entered all of my information and it gave me dates and times that they were 'available.' Ha!
I arrived about 10 min early for my appt in case I needed to fill out any paperwork. I left work early so that I could take care of my appt. Someone was in front of me asking about glasses and no one said they would be with me or gave any kind of greeting.

Been going here for a couple of years now- have seen Dr. Ha and Dr. Le; they are both very good doctors! I leave feeling like all my questions have been addressed and answered, which is a refreshing change from my previous eye doc! Love the glasses selection and the honest advice from the opticians. My insurance only covers one pair of glasses, but I got a great discount on my second pair- just had to have both! Would definitely recommend!!!
