Their hours are from 9am-4pm and we had to make an appointment to pick up my belongings to which they were late and not opened during “regular” business hours. I sent another tow truck driver to remove my car from the lot due to the “owners” abrasive nature and tone. We had the money to pay for storage and whatever other fees they were trying to… impose and the owner still would not release my car. Charged $365 to tow my car to a dealership that was 8 miles away.
This was my first time having to use a towing service. I asked how much the charge was going to be and the guy responded “Are you going to be paying or your insurance company?” I said that I was hoping my insurance would be paying for it. After this, he brushed off the question and never told me how much he would be charging me.
I had to work that day, so I got a ride to work and the guy towed my car to the dealership that was 8 miles away (a 14 minute drive according to my gps). I later received a call from the dealership

Individual that towed our vehicle was super nice. Service went down hill after that. Called the number on their card and the man who answered sounded like we were inconveniencing him. Made an appointment to meet with him to get items from our vehicle since it was totaled by the insurance company. He didn't show. Called him and all he said was he was on his way and hung up. Never said how long he would be or even a polite good bye. If I could give a negative 5 star I would. I Will never use again and do not recommend this company to anyone.

The person the is running this business acts like he doesn't want anyone to call him about there car when it in his care. He is so rude when you try to talk to him and he will hang up on you in the middle of a conversation. would not recommend this company to anyone. Would tell the police to not call them for any accident either.

I don’t see how this place is surviving with the rude management and lack of customer service. You towed my car during my accident, yet I call on the status to see if it has been towed to the next location and you have an attitude and can’t tell me anything? Ridiculous. I would never use this company!!!!!!

Horrible service I was in a wreck the man who towed us showed up told us due to coronavirus we were not allowed to see our car again once he towed. He did not wear a mask and shook my husbands hand luckily we had masks on and antibacterial. So clearly coronavirus was not on his mind at all. Our insurance said we need to clean up the inside and we didn’t do that but it would be a quick clean up and now he’s not allowing us to our car at all. Insurance is now telling me if we don’t clean the car up they will cut the pay on our payout. We just had a baby and lost a job due to COVID19 and this

They have a contract with Durham County PD that allows them to steal money from people who they tell them to tow......They stole $165 from me on Tuesday night and towed my car less than 1 mile.......then pulled the "I'm sorry the cops did that to you man" card.......but not sorry enough to not steal my $165........Revenge has no expiration date.
