After calling 5 different tow companies, they were the only ones that did battery jump starts. Office person was very helpful and polite. They responded to my location very quickly and got my car going. Not only did he jump start car but made sure I left with no issues. Can't recommend this company enough, even saved their number in case I need their services again.

Amazing and Friendly People. Ms Matthews had her tow truck driver out to save the day when my car broke down. Mr Matthews was there in no time. Very caring people. My mom and dad are the managers. I work with them a lot and I watch them work, how they do their best to take care of everybody needs anybody who comes in they do everything they can to help them, it really inspires me how they treat people. They are always respectful, professional, generous, on time, always has good prices and are very kind to everyone who who walks through the door or even calls. If you ever have any problems that we have the service to do call CPR they will always pick up the phone and be ready to help anytime. I have not yet used their service, but I've known the owners of this company for years and I know them to be very reliable, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them on that alone and, should I ever need anyone to tow my vehicle, CPR Towing would be the place I would call! Kristin and Chris will always put your needs first!

I’m a person who is all about timing and I don’t like to feel over charged. Kristen answered my call and told me to hold so I was patient.. she took me off hold and began my quote for my 25 mile haul from Durham to Raleigh at a reasonable price. Mind you I had just got off the phone with another towing company charging $85 for hooking and then $4 a mile plus tax I assume making it almost $200 and making it in 2 hours. CPR made it in an hour and half and beat the competitions price. If your looking for good customer service and a reasonable price look no further.

My car broke down on I40 Chapel Hill at 1am. I called my insurance company for help.
Dispatcher Toni contacted me through my car insurance company and told me it would be about 90 minutes before I'd see anyone. Tow master Mike arrived an hour later.
He towed my car home and jumped my battery enough to raise my windows in preparation for the eventual rain. Everything was wrapped up by 3:30am.
Not only was everyone very cool, but also super accommodating. And best of all, I didn't have to pay for anything. All the money I pay in insurance for NOTHING, it was actually nice to see some

These guys showed up for me in a big big way during my evacuation for Jordan Lake Parker's Creek during hurricane Florence! Tyler who answers the phone 24/7 is very helpful and kind. Randy drove the monster tow truck and road in like a knight in shining armor about midnight to pull my RV (33' Fleetwood Bounder) I had been living in as a camp host for more than a year. We did hit a snag because my tow hitch in her rear was too low for the tow but they didn't panic. They stayed calm and called someone to come weld it off by about 2am! If you are in a bad spot I recommend them
