Your employee was preparing to tow a car on Highway 54 in Chapel Hill at about 1:25 today. His lights were on, everyone was going slowly but both lanes had cars. Your driver was in what appeared to be a right hand turn lane. He began moving forward. I was behind him in the next lane to the left. Suddenly, he pulls into my lane...no blinker, no indication he was coming to the left lane instead of turning right. When I laid on my horn, he proceeded to flip his middle finger at me then point at his lights and go back to flipping his middle finger. The law requires vehicles to pull over or stop WHEN

Imagine it is 2am in the morning and you somehow got yourself stuck in the mud. We had been moving when suddenly it profusely started to rain. This is when it became difficult to get out of the driveway. It was like driving across a swamp. We were so buried in the mud in a 15ft box truck, that we could not believe that there was a way out.. Thanks to Bobby Clayton our hero for the night. He was so kind to us and caring. Clayton's Garage & Wrecker service was definitely a plus with a 10 star rating. Very caring and thoughtful I will say that the experience was the best service that I think that

Brandon is absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly, helpful and fast in helping me with a disaster tow at 2:30 am. The first tow company (Dusty’s wrecker company) was flat out lazy and left me stranded after waiting 2 hours for him to come, and didn’t help me while stuck in a garage at 11:30 at night. I will use Brandon and Clayton’s Garage and wrecker service again in a heart beat. Brandon was very competent and professional. He even took the time to text me a picture of my car once it was up on his tow truck, great guy to have come and help you.

I've been doing business with Clayton's since 2010. Both my business and personal vehicles are serviced at Clayton's.
Recently, the business vehicle had a blowout on 70. Called Clayton's and they responded immediately. Employees and the owner are courteous and respectful. Always get an honest answer with Clayton's cost and timeline.
