Beware of these inspectors. After being 30 minutes late to my house, they quickly rushed around our house and mistook several things that if taken more time to examine would show that these were not issues.
- They said our chimney had major settlement cracks and block shifting where it was just thick old paint that we didn’t completely scrape and painted over.
- They then said the same with other sections of our house. Again, just thick paint that was not completely scraped.
- Pointed out water damage stain on soffit which if you looked a tad closer was just overspray from the paint gun.

The Dream Home team did such a thorough job inspecting the condo we are buying…. Chris explained everything he was doing…showed us some concerns as he was working. When they were finished, Chris sat with us and gave us a summary of what they found. The report was sent to us the next day. We would recommend them. Very responsive, very professional

These guys were consummate professionals & very through. They looked for things you would never think of checking. They finished up their inspection by going over any major concerns with us and then provided the complete report early afternoon, next day! We can buy our forever home with confidence now. I wanted a wind mitigation certification for my new roof and hurricane shutters to use for my insurance company. They were easy to find, contact and they set me an appointment at my convenience. The inspectors were professional and very friendly. They did a great job. The price was very reasonable and the produced an excellent and detailed report. A very nice company.

We were in the process of buying an older home and really needed a thorough inspection. Chris Costa and his team of two others were professional and knowledgeable. Jonathon Stiddard handled the termite and wood inspection and was helpful with all my questions and concerns.
