Our company started in 1988 with just one employee, Executive Chef Jeffrey George. He was not only the chef, but also the sales person, bookkeeper and dishwasher! Kim and Jeffrey George found each other shortly after he founded the company, meeting while bidding on an event. Jeffrey not only won the event, he found his bride.
Kim and Jeffrey both developed their passion for food and entertaining early in life. All throughout her childhood on the East Coast, Kim enjoyed cooking and baking with her family. Jeffrey became interested in cooking as a teenager while living next door to a popular Chinese chef in Houston. He quickly became his protg and still favors Asian cooking.
