Services
We have been a part of the Triangle community since 1992, when Tom co-founded Nana's Restaurant in Durham- named one of 1992's Best New Restaurants by Esquire Magazine. Since then, we have developed multiple restaurant concepts and advised some of the area's best museums and universities in creating guest focused food experiences.
We provide a range of management services for museums, not for profits and other groups wanting foodservice operations, but not the worries of daily on-site management. Our team works from concept to execution by taking great ideas and turning them into great guest experiences. We specialize in menu development, site planning, management services, creative development and execution and even daily operations and management services.
Our team of trained front of house and back of house talent is ready to go to work. All of our servers are TIPS certified and trained in ServSafe techniques. We can bring a full range of services to your stadium or facility to manage a successful season of operations. Your staffing needs vary based on your headcount, menu selection, and menu.
We offer a range of bartending services from custom cocktail creation to large scale event services for larger groups. Our bartenders are TIPS certified and trained to curate an elevated experience for your guests. We have full ABC permits to sell and serve beer, wine and spirits and use our vendor relationships to hand select great new discoveries, hard to find selections and The Triangle's best local breweries and distilleries.
Since 2005, Southern Harvest Hospitality Group has been catering to a wide range of events - from fairs and festivals to corporate events, weddings and private gatherings. We work in close relationship with a large handful of beautiful venues throughout. The Triangle to provide unique guest experiences.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Southern Harvest. Matthew and Lisa did a fabulous job setting everything up while I was out of the house performing a concert, and they even offered to wait at the house until I returned so that the chafing dish fuel would not burn unattended. Their flexibility was very much appreciated! The food itself was outstanding - everyone loved it! I ordered way more than we needed, but it was an extra treat to eat leftovers for a week. On top of all that, Southern Harvest was able to accommodate my fairly last minute request for catering during the busy

Southern Harvest catered our wedding and they were amazing!! SH was amazing to work with to get everything set up on the front end and very responsive to my various emails with questions leading up to the wedding. The staff who were on site for our wedding were simply wonderful. My mom even mentioned how kind and attentive one of the staff was to make sure she had some specific appetizers and he brought them directly to her. SO fantastic! They catered my wedding this past weekend and Rachelle literally took care of everything. Food, bar, servers, cutlery, they cut the wedding cake. The food was delicious and I was able to make changes if I needed to. After the wedding they made us a to-go plate of BBQ, sides, and even got us a couple slices of cake! HIGHLY recommend!!

Southern Harvest catered our wedding and we were so happy with them! They provided the food, dessert, and bar service and everything was amazing. We got so many compliments on how good the food and desserts were. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rachelle was especially amazing! She was very accommodating in meeting our special requests and was responsive during the planning process. Overall a great experience!
