Sarah Eads, primary Yoga Instructor and founder of Method Wellness and Physical Therapy, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Services
Method Yoga and Wellness has studio mats available, but it is recommended that you bring your own personal mat. It is important that you communicate with your instructor if there is a part of your body that you are honoring. You may arrive early to speak with your teacher or send us an email contact.mwpt@gmail.com.
Foundation - This class will provide you the foundational techniques associated with breath work, postural alignment, and the ground work for strength and mobility. Foundation is open to all levels. It is an excellent place to begin a yoga practice and for others, it provides an opportunity to return to the basics, creating a deeper connection to your practice.
Sarah is thee best yoga teacher I have ever gone to. Her extensive knowledge of yoga and physical therapy together is the perfect combination. Not to mention her sense of humor is fantastic and reminds you that yoga can be fun too. I love how personable she is and the fact that she actually goes around and corrects positioning when need be.
One of the best and scientifically proven ways to improve your mental health and well being is to give back or help others. Giving back and generosity is a large reason this studio exists today. Therefore one Saturday a month, Method Wellness and Physical Therapy will select one charity or organization that is important to one or more of our students to be the benefactor of a donation class.
