Mysore is an important Ashtanga tradition of personal teaching that helps to deepen one's practice with trust and dedication. This style of practice is like receiving a private class in a group setting with all levels of students practicing the memorized sequence at their own pace, but at the same time.
I am honored and grateful to extend an invitation to you to join us and an incredible group for this Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training. The purpose of this advanced training is to give those who have chosen to be teachers the opportunity to realize the fullness of that intention. To develop a holistic vision of how Yoga acts as a transformational catalyst enabling the practitioner to align her life with her higher purpose.
Our Ashtanga program is much more than yoga classes; it's a community of individuals transforming themselves, day by day. The Ashtanga system is designed to purify the body, promote proper functioning of the digestive system, build strength, and restore range of motion to the body. The method of practice taught in Ashtanga Yoga relies on linking postures with deep, even breathing and steady gazing with the eyes.
The greatest joy in life is doing something for somebody else. Unfortunately, many people have never tasted real joy, but once you do, you will never want to do something only for yourself again.
