It is our mission to offer a high quality yoga experience that is inclusive to all, whether through our classes, workshops or trainings. By teaching via the functional approach, the yoga asana practice is accessible to all bodies and not just the typical yoga body. By offering affordable courses, knowledge is available to as many people as possible and not just the privileged.

Assistant to Paul & Suzee Grilley, Michelle is a dedicated student of Yin & Vinyasa yoga as well as the teachings of meditation and mindfulness. She has devoted herself to absorbing the vast amount of knowledge from her many master teachers over the years.

Ahna's passion and enthusiasm for yoga offers students an opportunity to explore the many joys and benefits of yoga in a safe and friendly space. With a down to earth demeanor, her classes are light hearted and playful, creating a fun and focused arena for growth, both physically and spiritually. Ahna skillfully infuses the elegance of biomechanical alignment principles with flowing vinyasa.
A small, privately owned studio for you to join your community in practicing and learning about all things Yin & functional yoga! We are equipped with everything that's needed to bring all of our event to your living room virtually! There are two loving pups that reside in our space. While they will not be in the studio space during any events, you may hear them saying hello from time to time.
Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today. Some call it the "other half of yoga." Yin is a slow, meditative practice with a focus on rejuvenating the natural strength and length of the connective tissue (fascia) of the body that may have been lost due to aging, diet and/or lifestyle.
Did you know there is an ever-growing library of many of Michelle's weekly Yin classes? Offered on a sliding scale basis, you can access her classes at an affordable rate when it is convenient for your schedule! In addition to Yin, Ahna Hoke offers the occassional functionally based vinyasa class. Her approach to teaching is accessible to all levels of practice and will instill a renewed sense of curiosity into you practice.
All classes are recorded and made available to registered participants for seven days following the live event. Explore your body using the rejuvenating techniques of self-myofascial release (SMR) in combination with active and passive forms of yoga as well as various other forms of movement that will rebalance and reenergize your body while relieving stress.
