As first-time homebuyers, we were naturally anxious going into our home inspection. Why can't I rate 10 stars? John was very knowledgeable, we got there a few minutes late and he had already been on top of the roof for inspection. He walked through the house in detail and was very transparent in what he was looking for. He had a tablet where he took pictures during the inspection and was able to email us the 64 PAGE report seconds after the inspection was complete. Impressed with the ease, value and pricing. 100% will recommended to others. If you are a first time home buyer, this is your guy.

If I could, I would give this man 10 stars. Being a first time home buyer, I was very anxious, John was quick to put any worries to rest with his welcoming and genuine attitude. I hired John to inspect my house for the upcoming 11th month warranty. Over the phone, John provided me with an understanding of the process and was easy to schedule with. He arrived promptly at the appointment time and was careful to wear a mask. As a first time home owner, John identified issues that I need to have addressed and explained how settling in a new house works. John took his time and I never felt rushed when I asked questions. John was wonderful! He was thorough and put my mind at ease through using humor and giving ideas for solutions. The 3hr inspection time flew by. I highly recommend him.
