I found yoga after being sidelined by a running injury. I practiced on and off for a few years because I heard it was good for you, and it felt super hard (so I had to be getting a good workout in, right?). After practicing consistently, I realized there was a lot more to it. I suddenly felt calmer, and was able to better cope with my every day stresses in a way no other "workout" had helped me achieve previously.

I offer one-on-one yoga to you in your home (no more worrying about rushing to get to a yoga studio). I come to you, and we make the most of your precious time.
I love to help folks during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga has an endless number of benefits studies show it supports the health of the parent and baby, helps parents during childbirth, and aids in postnatal recovery. Win-win-win.
