Services
Beacon Hill Yoga, founded by local fitness instructor and trainer, Renvil Doman, is located in the heart of Boston's historic Beacon Hill neighborhood. Open seven days a week, Beacon Hill Yoga offers a range of public, private and small-group yoga and barre classes to all ages and levels.

First-time students and longtime practitioners, locals and out-of-towners alike are all welcome to join a class led by one of the studio's exceptional, highly trained instructors.Whether you want to relax, meditate, and reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, or work on core strength, Beacon Hill Yoga has it all.
Life changing if you commit to it. So many warm, welcoming teachers. Small, but it works and it is always super clean. Can't say enough good things about what quality yoga instruction can do for you physically, mentally, emotionally, etc. Worth the cost - give it a try and support a local business.
Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic form of yoga that connects breath to movement. All levels are welcome in these classes, from experienced practitioners to those brand new to yoga. Expect to move through a range of guided postures and close with a relaxing savasana. Suitable for all ages and levels of practice, this class combines elements of vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga to release physical tension and promote mental relaxation.
We are thrilled to be re-opening our doors at Beacon Hill Yoga! Out of an abundance of caution, all classes are currently capped at 5 clients and require everyone to wear masks while in the studio. These classes require "In-Studio" class credits. We respect your privacy and will never sell or distribute your private contact information.
A blend of stretching, mental centering and focused breathing designed specifically for the mom-to-be at every stage of pregnancy. Small group classes will be 75 minutes to allow for proper care and attention given to every participant. We respect your privacy and will never sell or distribute your private contact information.

I will start by saying that I understand that the pandemic has hit everyone hard. Living with chronic lung disease, I needed to put all in-person activities, including yoga, on hold.
In July 2021, I finally felt comfortable looking for yoga studios that were offering socially distanced and masked classes. I was thrilled to find that Beacon Hill Yoga, located just three blocks from my condo, was offering masked classes that were capped at 5 people according to their website. I decided that a five class pass for $143, albeit expensive, was worth it for safe indoor exercise. I was thrilled, and immediately

I was disappointed and frustrated after a Restore class- those things do NOT belong together. The class name was Flow & Restore. There was exactly 1.5 minutes of flow. We did 1 or 2 downward dogs. The rest was all Restore. I appreciate Restore and all it can do for you and take those classes regularly but I don’t like being misled. Be honest about the class. Also there is so much construction happening around the neighborhood in a tiny studio with windows it was REALLY difficult to get my Restore on even when I was trying to get in that place. Finally, I was so damn cold even after I put my hoody

Lovely little studio! I'm new to yoga but felt welcomed and was able to follow along. The studio is quite small (fits a class of 6 people!) and was well-heated.

Nice little studio in Beacon Hill.

-2 weeks of yoga for 30 bucks on their trial period
-good class offerings during the day.
-you can practice with windows open when its warm out.

the only thing i dont like:
-it smells like mold in the studio. the mats, the bathroom, etc. all have a weird stench to them - just like an old smell it's hard to explain. that is why i am knocking a star off.

Came here via ClassPass. The space is uber small. Like there is no waiting area, you walk in the door and you're in the studio, just roll out your mat.

Nice paced class. I liked the instructor.

Mats are $2 to rent.

I can only wish the space was bigger! It's in the quiet beacon hill so you feel very zen as there's not much going on outside. Be sure to come on time or earlier as they do lock the doors. My Sunday Flow & Restore was nice, but packed! Including me there was 12 people and everyone was literally 5 inches away from you, I ended up kicked the girl in front of me's bolster which did cause me to panic for a moment, good thing she had already moved to go into a different position! There is one bathroom in the back which has a shower but no one really showers as you would be disrupting

I went to this studio for more than one year. Instructors are very friendly, and they try to memorize each student’s name. The classes are well organized, and I was able to take cardio exercise to relaxing yoga classes at one studio. You can actually get rid of your gym membership when you go to this studio. Highly recommended! :)

Clean studio, good teachers, good workouts. Space is too small for busy classes (8+). Not much time is given to final relaxation period in most classes.

Great little yoga studio in Beacon Hill! I was visiting Boston from California and was staying at an Airbnb in the neighborhood. Signed up using the MindBody app and dropped in for the early Saturday morning class. It was a great workout and experience. Affordable price for a drop in class and the instructor was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and I will come back during my next visit!

This yoga studio is a hidden gem in Beacon Hill. Regardless of whether or not you are a professional yoga student or just a beginner, there is a class and an instructor for you. I started coming here after I learned it was owned by Renvil, my trainer and fitness guru from REPS on Charles Street. Renvil has put together a wonderful yoga operation in the heart of Beacon Hill and his studio manager Jessica is awesome as well.

My favorite instructors are Jessica and Lindsey O'Neill. Cannot say enough good things about the two of them. They also host really interesting workshops, which are a

Always too crowded and not a large variety of classes. I hate looking up at the camera in the studio that's always on while practicing yoga. It's distracting and invasive to see the red light from it and know I'm being recorded.

I'm definitely a fan of Beacon Hill Yoga. All of the instructors are great and you can find varying styles at one studio.

Yoshiko's classes are the best! They are definitely tough but really good. Yoshiko makes it a point to adjust students through out the class and remind you where to focus. Jaime's class on Sundays are great for some flow and a little bit of sweat. This studio has wood floors and sheer curtains in front of the mirrors.

Only con is that the studio maxes out at 15 people, but it is not comfortable being in the studio packed like sardines. I'm used

Beacon Hill Yoga is a beautiful and intimate space with just enough room for 6-8 students (my class had 5). Jessica eased us into the flow and then kicked things up a notch with solid core strengthening poses and cardio workout transitions. She also came around a bit to adjust positions here and there (but not too much).

The studio has one small bathroom with a shower that also functions as the sole changing room.

The one downside of such a small studio is the limited number of classes to choose from, but if all the instructors are as terrific as Jessica (and I can only imagine they are), all
