LEAN is a 3-dimensional, holistic approach that incorporates all lifestyle factors including nutrition, mindfulness and exercise to help you look and feel your best. My goal is to help you feel strong, energetic, confident & develop better relationships with yourself & others. 1st and foremost we will work together to clean up your diet.

Through REAL whole foods, in the right portion, you will start to feel amazing and develop new habits that will become part of your lifestyle. I follow an 80/20 approach- 80% clean/lean eating and 20% fun-yes, I like wine and pizza! Is the 3rd and final step of the process. By eating well with a clearer mind, a lean body will follow.
Services
I help bring healthier habits to your work-space through nutrition presentations, lunch and learns and/or yoga classes. Lauren is amazing at what she does. She has helped me so much. I have tried many diets in the past, but always had trouble sticking with it long term. She helped me to stop dieting, lose the weight and keep it off!

From meeting in preschool to elementary school days spending our weekends playing Nintendo 64 and living off of Mountain Dew and Cool Ranch Doritos to college years of both developing different forms of eating disorders and partying too much to NOW living our best lives.You may wonder how we ever got to this place of alignment, health, and absolutely loving our lives- the answer is yoga.
