Terrible professional ! Sat at the front door when guests came in never greeting them! During the viewing he decided to take a broom and clean off cobwebs while people were visiting. He brought his dog down! After the priests service he called my brother by his last name and not his first name , twice. He apologized ! He’s a professional! Not getting the deceased name correctly is never okay! Very disappointed!
