We moved in as the first tenants in our unit. Initially, we were excited as it seemed quiet and at first glance was beautiful. Management told us our building was the last and construction would be done at move in. That was not the case and we had about 2-3 months of listening to construction from sunrise until sometimes 6PM, Monday through Saturday many weeks. The construction crew was even starting as early as 5AM some days, well before city quiet hours ended and management insisted they couldn’t do anything about it. The city had to step in to put an end to that because management wouldn’t

I moved into 2-br apt in April. Everything is new, clean, modern, convenient. I love living here! The office staff and maintenance crew are all very friendly and quick to respond to any issue. They listen and follow up on suggestions or questions on any detail of the property. There is a great mix of people here--all ages, ethnicities; singles & families. Very pet friendly. No smoking in or near any building, which is great. Buildings are secure, requiring a key fob for entry (it only works on your entry door and is same one for your apartment). It's quiet and has a good sense of privacy. Great
