If your thinking of renting here make sure you speak to a human. Do not email or text. You could end up a very unhappy individual. Having to make a 2 hr drive to find out mngt did not give important information until 15 min prior to my appointment and did it by text, knowing I was coming from 2hrs away. Sherrie

I'm a current tenant of Stony Brook Apartments since 2012. The apartments had never been in so bad shape as they look now. They are trashed. You can walk around the apartments and see trash everywhere. Also management is a joke. They are never available and don't care about the apartments at all. They closed the pool right at the beginning of summer when all the kids are are at home and want to use the pool. The apartments inside have very old appliances and don't take care of doing any maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. All the lights on the parking lot had been out for over a month and it gets
