I was very skeptical!! Had some issues at first (been almost a year) but now that management has changed. Its great. They are very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is also kind. They addressed all issues i had with my apartment and more. The garbage in halls is for a service that picks up for you outside your door.

They dont enforce parking on weekends. Literally have someone parked in the spot I pay EXTRA for every month and they said "thats not an emergency and wont be handled until a weekday... in addition the management here is terrible. Just another ghetto apartment building. Only reason im still here is I may be leaving the area soon and dont want to sign another lease. Stay away!

Oh my gosh, this place has gotten so much better! It SU*$ed under the last management and they switched people. The lady is so nice, they answer the phone (or call back right away) and things actually get done! It's a sweet place with laundry on the property and parking. It costs a bit more, but it's essential and super convenient. My apartment is nice and my furniture looks really sweet. And so important to me -- I get to have my dog (who is very mellow, so I don't get why other places won't allow it). The mall isn't far and there is an awesome Dim Sum spot nearby.

My husband and I moved in in September 2019 and have regretted it ever since. First off, they say rent is $1525, but after they charge you for everything else, it comes close to $1750. Parking is a nightmare here. First, upon move-in we were not told we had to pay for parking which is $50-75 if you want to park on the property or $35 if you want to park on the sketchy parking lot next to the complex. After we decided that we would pay for parking, we were told that there is a waitlist. We waited almost a month before we finally got 1 spot on the other side of the complex. During this time, my husband

I'm moving out of parc station and have had some not so nice thing to say. It has been nothing but a struggle a couple of the managers were absolutely her Renda's and I don't know much about management now. The loan bright spot was the manager Hannah who had a smile for everybody with an unbelievably upbeat personality and every time I needed something she got it done I wish more of the employees for park station would've been the same way

I moved in here in February of 2019. Cute units, but so far 4 fire alarm scares, they charge for parking and garbage. Rent said $1499 a month, but they add a combined fee for electricity etc... so I actually pay almost $1700 for rent. Also pay Pge which I'm fine with! There's been a murder here, and homeless busting car windows since I've been here. Looking forward to moving in February 2020!!

Applied here in July to one of there newly renovated units. Got accepted and had a move in date for Sept 16th. No one from the office contacted me at all prior to me moving in. The Friday before I was supposed to move in I thought I'd go over there and see if I could walk the unit due to the fact that I had never seen one of the new units because they were full. Well come to find out that the person in unit 311 ended up cancelling and not moving out. They had to be out of the unit on the 31st of August. They told me 3 days before my move in that they weren't going to have a unit for me

Pros : the place is well maintained - the groundskeeper Chris is always a big help. The place is dog friendly and clean for the most part. Office staff , including Kendra, the manager are very kind :)
Cons: They charge you for parking (50$ for uncovered , $75 for covered , $30 AND you literally have to walk off property to get to your car ) and there is NO GUEST PARKING. They also charge you a mandatory $25 valet trash fee ! Please remove the parking fee ! We will mostly likely move solely based on the parking fee .

We have been residents of Parc Station since October 2017 when the Tubbs Fire took our home in Coffey Park (Santa Rosa, CA). The Parc Station folks were both welcoming and generous to my wife and me at a time when we were truly needing a bit of comfort. We will be forever grateful to them for all they have done for us in our time of need.

I have lived at the Parc Station Apartments for 12 years happily... I enjoy the local places to visit... has CCTV cameras for security and safety which I'm quite sure has helped this complex considerably, it is also so pleasant to hear the "Smart Train" Horns daily at the over-crossing and train stop 2 blocks away, early morning until late in the evening for those people who enjoy the somewhat soothing sounds of their horns and the crossing bells at Guerneville Road and Coffee Lane...

I wish this apartment has washer and dryer inside, it will make the stay here more enjoyable. I wish I don't have to pay for valet living two fancy words for someone who comes and pick up your recycle trash and I'm like a foot away to the dumpster. Parc Station is quiet and grounds are always kept nice and clean, it's a joy to live here for over a year.

Before you consider moving in here please know this because the info below is not disclosed in any of their ads:
1. Parking is rare and you pay for it. It's starts from $35-75 a month. You most likely won't get a parking spot right away on the property, but you will for sure be on a waiting list. Street parking is impossible sometimes, so get overflow parking($35.) You will see! #freeparking
2. You pay for all utilities. Usually around $78 every month. #disclosethis
3. You are forced to pay $25 monthly for valet living. Two Fancy words for someone who comes to pick up your recycle

We took over a lease for a previous tenant. Management seemed overly nice and we were joyed to move in. We were told we had to pay extra for parking so we asked if we could pass on the parking now and if at a later time we decided to get the parking it would be an option. We were told by Jasmin, Yes. I went in the following day and asked for parking. We were told there was overflow parking for free and got a ticket on the first night. We let it go and just wanted to pay for a parking spot. We were then told by Jasmin that we needed to be put on a waiting list. She tells me a couple days ago that

Parc Station is a great community! This is my first experience renting an apartment and it's been a pleasure living here. The office staff is very friendly,
and they take the time to get to know you. I appreciate that the complex is very pet friendly since I have a dog. The courtyard and workout room are an added bonus.
*Update* Parking here has become increasingly frustrating. Since my spot is close to the office, I am constantly coming home to find my spot is taken. Felicia and Sally, the old office staff, used to do a great job of staying on top of parking, and would make sure no one

This place is a joke. FPI Management is a joke.
Apartments aren't even that nice. Management sucks, seems like they don't even know what they're doing. You have to pay an additional $50 for a parking spot after paying 1600+ a month for a "ok" looking apartment. Water heater broke TWICE in my 10 month lease. First time they did take care of it instantly. Second time, I was without hot water for NINE DAYS. I kept coming home to notes on my door stating it would be taken care of, but that never happened. They offered to let me shower in the building next door in a vacant

Parc Station is a nice community. It is conveniently located near the Coddingtown Mall and several restaurants. It also has the library and everything you need handy.
Public transportation is available just crossing the street, and Felicia and Nicole Ballard from management are very approachable.
I highly recommend Parc Station as your next place to live. We have been living here with my boyfriend for 2 months now and I am satisfied.

My mother lived at this complex for 15 of the last 20 years. She first moved there when it was the Lamplighter's Senior Citizen's Inn, then moved to Marin for a handful years to be closer to me, then returned to Range Ave. a few years before it became Parc Station. So our family has experienced life in this location first-hand and through a lot of changes. Overall, I'd say that most of those changes have ended up being positive ones.
Many of the factors that originally drew my mother here are still here: the location itself is convenient to transit, highways, and stores; the buildings

I just moved in, and I am very happy with everything so far. My unit has been recently renovated, and everything is clean and new. The fellow tenants I've met are friendly. The staff has been very welcoming and friendly, and considerate, and happy to please. Sally and Felicia are always willing to listen and help out with anything. The little dog park on property is great, and there are two parks within short walking distance. The Finali park a couple blocks away has a larger dog park and great playground. The maintenance staff is competent and friendly.

So, I just moved in here about a little more than a month ago. I think it's enough time to observe this environment. I'll just list the pros and cons.
Pros:
- The manager, Felicia, is very knowledgeable.
- There's always parking.
- The neighbors are quiet, even with pets.
- There's a gym.
Cons:
- The leasing consultant, Melissa, isn't very knowledgeable. There were a lot of questions that she couldn't answer when I asked her.
- Some of the washers don't work very well. After using them, they left my clothes soaking wet. And sometimes it'll say that it was a bad read, and charge you anyway

Looks like a clean and good enough place even though there are cottage cheese ceilings but we must say we were put off because after looking at the parc station apartment website we found out - when we arrived to look at the place in person - the prices were completely wrong and of course not in the renter's favor. Some prices were $125 more than what was listed on their website. Full bait and switch maneuver! Hey landlords and property managers, all of us renters got it loud and clear that it is a landlord's market and it would be nice if you all understood how hard it is to land an

Parc Station has relatively new owners of what used to be a people friendly complex. There is not enough parking for residents and no parking for caregivers. There is no parking for a 15 minute stop for Meals on Wheels or to deliver food to an ill tenant.
They just recently increased rent in a gouge gouge style, including raising the rent $220 on a 102 year old tenant.
There is no soul. It is strictly a business
