Dr. Bock received his certification as a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics, an accomplishment achieved by less than 30% of orthodontists. He chose to specialize in the field of orthodontics because he enjoys the artistry as well as the trans-formative qualities of his practice.
Dr. Bock relishes the challenges and successes of practicing orthodontics, and stays current with the technological advances that are so important to the delivery of outstanding patient care.He is actively involved with giving back to the community and has been fortunate enough to provide dental care for those in need while on a mission trip in Kenya with some of his colleagues.

Thanks to today's advances in orthodontic technology, Bock Orthodontics can provide our patients with more options when it comes to wearing braces than ever before. The purpose of orthodontics is to treat any type of malocclusion, or "bad bite." When you have a malocclusion, that means your teeth, lips and/or jaws don't line up the way they should.
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that a child receive his or her first orthodontic screening by age 7. A timely evaluation is beneficial to recognize potential problems and correct them before they become more serious. Orthodontic appliances maybe placed in early treatment to prevent a problem from occurring, correct a current problem or help direct jawbone growth.
Retainers are used once orthodontic treatment is complete. Retainers are needed to hold teeth in their new position while surrounding bone and gums adjusts to this new position. Orthodontic treatment is not limited to traditional metal brackets. Orthodontic appliances have evolved immensely giving patients more aesthetic and comfortable options.
Although orthodontic emergencies do not happen often, we always do our best to be available to help you. If you have a broken appliance or are experiencing any pain please call our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to fit you into our schedule for an appointment. If you already have a regular appointment scheduled please call our office anyway to notify us of the broken appliance.

Seriously, leave now. But don't take my word for it sit back and watch for yourself. The doctor spends more time flirting with his female staff while you wait for the ladies in the back to complete his work. The availability for emergencies is horrible unless your willing to drive to the city of Brea to be seen at his other office. Or your willing to allow the receptionist to "Micky mouse" it until the doctors scheduled day to return. And last but not least, their prices appear to be inflated my was, at least 90 percent and they said that was including using my insurance. For
