My daughter is 7 and she was referred to DrHoff for her orthodontic needs. I have to say I have had the best experience since I walked in the door. From making appt to them returning my phone calls and answering every questions has been great. They are very hard working team and great service. Dr.hoff is great and Made my daughter feel very comfortable with the process. Crystal, Trish, Doris and the rest of the staff are great. Awesome atmosphere and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Oh also can't forget the delicious cookies, they are sooo yummy

I want to start by saying that I thank God for finding this place i call heaven! I wish I could give more than 5 stars on yelp because Dr Hoff and his AMAZING team are seriously NO.1 in the business! So happy to see Dr. Hoff is still practicing. He did braces on all of my kids and his permanent retainer was the best ever!! My oldest who is 36, still has the same retainer from when he was 16. My daughter had a different orthodontist do her permanent retainer and it broke and Dr. Hoff did his magic and 13 years later it's super strong I highly recommend his practice

Trish got me in right away. The office and staff were caring and compassionate. Dr. Hoff could have easily recommended a treatment but instead told me that my issue was not really orthodontic. While I was disappointed I appreciated his honesty. I feel grateful for their valuable time and Dr. Hoff's assessment. I highly recommend Hoff Orthodontics.

Dr. Hoff’s office and treatment is an amazing blessing, from the beginning my consultation with Trish, my X-rays with Jaime, the front desk staff, my examinations with Dr. Hoff; and my check ups with Rosie. This office is in immaculate condition all the time; and of course the fresh baked cookies at the end of your visit. What a wonderful experience I have had with this orthodontic office. Wonderful staff extremely nice! They took us through the process of getting our son set up for braces answered all of our questions. The consultation was informational and there was no rush or push to make a decision, if we were not ready. Since we were ready to move forward our son was able to begin his treatment the same day it was so easy! I thought the price was very reasonable considering the overall experience in the office and Dr. Hoff's experience. He did my braces many years ago and my teeth are still straight. Highly recommend!

If I could leave 10 stars I would. This place is so caring and attentive to my daughter it was ridiculous. Everyone was so nice and happy, and loving that it kinda freaked me out. I walked out wanting to hug everybody. If you are looking for an orthodontist, then seriously look no further. This place is awesome!!!

Went in today for consultation I was so impressed with the office and staff. The staff is super friendly and informative. The office is really nice and clean and smells so good. The wait time is less than five minutes. The best office I ever been to in the medical field and best staff. Had a informative consultation and extensive imaging. I would recommend this office. If I could give this a 10 star rating I would. The best in the inland Empire. I can't wait to start my treatment and see my results.

Update: I got my braces off about 6 months ago & I LOVE my teeth so much now. I'm in the retainer phase & the retainers were properly molded by his staff. They even schedule a retainer check a couple of weeks after getting them, just to make sure the retainers are keeping the teeth in place(I really appreciate that). I love smiling now! Hands down the BEST ORTHO experience ever ! Dr.
Hoff has the most phenomenal staff. Today I called for a consolation appt. for my 9 year daughter and I was able to come today due to a earlier cancellation ! My daughter had some x rays done and pics taken with 10 minutes. After I met with Laura and she was the most friendly and genuine most professional person ever . She talk to me and answers all of my questions. Soon after I met with Dr. Hoff who then looked over the X-rays and explained the treatment plan for my daughter . Laura gave me plenty of options and made this brace experience

Here is my story and hopefully is helps others that are in the same situation as I was. I originally had braces as a young teenager and like most teenagers I became forgetful and stop wearing my retainers and soon enough they NO longer fit!
