We are the only Krav Maga school near Boston with real-life self defense training. Our instructors have many years of military, law enforcement and martial arts experience. We have also trained with a wide variety of military personnel and multiple branches for the past 25 years. At Roshankish Krav Maga, not only do we offer effective self-defense training classes, we also practice day-to-day situational scenarios with every student.
Muay Thai is a combat sport that utilizes punching, kicking, knees, elbows and a variety of blocks and strike techniques. Historically, the sport has been referred to as "The art of eight limbs." In Muay Thai, you will use your entire body for almost all techniques you learn. For this reason, you will get an amazing workout while you strengthen self defense skills, speed, mental and physical fitness.
We have designed a program that you will see results just in six week. Our RWF (Roshankish Women's Fitness) is based on Krav Maga fitness. What is Krav Maga? It is a military combat training which is used by the Israeli military and many other law enforcement agencies, but we are not going to teach you that.

All the trainers are great with a ton of knowledge. They strive to help each student learn and develop their skills. I would strongly recommend for anyone who wants to learn self defense or refine their skills. I feel more confident in my abilities after each time I step in the gym.
It’s also a great workout. I’ve used these classes in my training program for running multiple marathons (not to brag) and also to look hot on my Insta.

RSK is expensive but worth it. I've been going regularly for the past couple of months and it's been a transformative experience. There's a wide variety of instructors with expansive and unique skill sets and experience. Every time I go I learn more things than I can count. The beginner Krav classes are excellent for newbies and the advanced classes will get your cardio in to shape.

They are great with the kids. I've brought my son here since he was 5, hes now 9, he was so shy and quiet they really helped get him out of his shell. He loves the class. Good safety precautions against covid so he is still very comfortable going there.

Joining RKM has been like joining a family. The instructors challenge you to do your best, while also offering endless encouragement, as do the other students. I joined a little over a year ago and beyond the amazing friendships, I have lost twenty pounds and have become much stronger and more confident. If you're looking for a place that will help you transform yourself, come check out a class. You won't regret it.

I’ve been going to RKM for a few months now, taking their different classes. I’m very satisfied.
There’s men and women of all different skill levels, ages and sizes, so you don’t feel out of place. Friendly people (in their own way), like a community.
Nice big facility with lots of equipment. They offer several different classes/styles throughout the day. (Another school uses the building too. Should check with Ali, the building owner, for details on anything.)
For better or worse, you may get roughed up a little from time to time (bruises, etc.). While there is caution and everyone’s

Ali is an unbelievably awesome instructor! He has a lot patience while he teaches and the classes are really welcoming. Students have a wide range in skill levels (beginners to very advanced) but you can always do classes together and not feel left out. The attack and defense tactics are extremely well reasoned, and effective. No gospel preaching here- only effective moves. Very thankful to have taken classes here.

So glad I was brave enough to try this school! I was super nervous at first, since I have no martial arts experience. However, everyone there (especially the head instructor and owner, Ali) made me feel welcome and comfortable. It didn't matter that I was a beginner... He had me training with more experienced students and he was such a great instructor that I felt more confident right away!
I initially signed up for Krav Maga/Self Defense but now I also do Muay Thai/kickboxing and Brazilian Jui Jitsu. I've also taken a few kicking classes with Kenny, the Tae Kwon Do instructor (who is awesome
