Rick Cobb is the inspector you want to have inspect the home you are buying. I was able to book him at short notice. It quickly becomes apparent he is knowledgeable, and he was great at noticing areas of concern but without alarming me. Rick Cobb is extremely professional, precise, and also personable. He did a very thorough, detailed inspection of my house, followed by a detailed report. Then I needed him to come back to re-inspect an area asap before closing; he fit me into his tough schedule, and sent a report within an hour of the re-inspection. I highly recommend him!

This was a great experience. From the time we scheduled the appointment to the time I received the report, I received the best service. Rick was always professional! But the thing that was most meaningful was how thorough he was throughout the entire inspection. I felt both comfortable and confident in my inspection and inspector. I learned a lot also! He took his time with explanations and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. It made me so much more comfortable in my decision to purchase!
