Services
Once the prospective buyer arrives at the property, a Home Pulse Pro home inspector discusses the Agreement Contract and the client receives Home Maintenance Manual. Next, the buyer is encouraged to accompany the inspector on a complete walk-through of the property. The inspector will discuss any problems he may have discovered, from structural, electrical, and safety concerns to recommendations.
I just have to say you were great to work with, you were extremely professional, on time and thorough in your review of the property, you took the time to answer all of our questions, and explained the major concerns you found immediately. Your report was detailed easy to follow and understand.

Mike was amazing on my home inspection of a new property purchase. His customer service skills went above and beyond my expectations. His attention to detail on the most smallest of items that you wouldn’t even think to notice on a home is phenomenal. My wife and I are first time home buyers and felt so reassured after getting our home inspection. The home inspection was extremely thorough and we were invited to come watch the inspection so we could better understand the items listed on the inspection report. The inspector, Mike, was really patient and knowledgeable about our Home owning questions (and we had a lot). Being a first time home buyer I really had no idea what to expect or what to pay most attention to. Mike conducted a very thorough and professional inspection of the home I am purchasing and not only did he allow me to follow along while he explained what he was doing each step of the way but he made sure to point out any issues that can and cannot be modified. He was super helpful and I'm thankful* for his attentiveness on things that would require any ongoing maintenance. Truly recommend his expertise and service!!
