Paul is very thorough and knowledgeable. He takes his time with the walk- through explaining exactly why something might be a red-flag, requires immediate attention, or just something to watch out for, etc. His reports are detailed and comprehensive, clear and concise among it very easy for me to negotiate with seller. On top of everything, response time throughout the whole process was on point. This is the second time I’ve contracted his services and I couldn’t be more grateful for him making himself available on the weekend on such short notice - each time!! Thanks, again, Paul!

We went with Paul for our home inspection based on a recommendation from my sister (she had hired Paul twice before). I could not say enough great things about this experience! Paul is so reliable, and thorough, he was not just on time but early to get started on the exterior. Paul was great to work with. He inspected 2 homes for us. If not for him, we would have bought the first home not knowing all the hidden problems. The second one was much better. Each time he allowed me to shadow him asking questions about what we are looking at and offering suggestions. I highly recommend.

Paul did two inspections for us this summer and we couldn't have been happier. His office was very friendly and responded quickly. Paul is extremely thorough and all issues well explained. Already had the exterior of both properties completed before we were even scheduled to be there. Reports were completed quickly and very 3asy to understand, with quality photos, including exterior drone photos of the properties. If we buy again, he's our guy. Will happily recommend him to any family members or friends.

Paul is fantastic! My husband and I are first time home buyers and are admittedly not very handy. Paul's thorough inspection which included taking the time to point issues out and explain them in person really helped us understand the full scope of time-sensitive repairs versus potential future repairs. As a result, we felt confident in discerning the most concerning inspection items and negotiating the repairs in our purchase agreement and we also feel comfortable in our ability to plan for future costs/repairs. I highly recommend Paul, especially for any inexperienced buyers like us!

Paul was great! This was my first home purchase, and I had no idea what I was walking into. He made me feel comfortable. He let me walk through with him, and he explained everything to me. He also advised me on how to take care of my new home as well. He was very thorough, and he talked me through what to look for. He explained what was the major things to look for and what was not so big of a deal. He made the experience as pleasant as possible.

I really can't say enough about Paul and Good Protection - his home inspection was the most thorough, helpful and detailed we have experienced. He spent plenty of time really looking at every detail and really made sure I understood every element and their implications. We were fortunate enough to have Paul do the inspection for two homes for us. We had used him in the past and loved how thorough he was and his report was meticulous in its detail. The first home we looked at ended up needing so much unanticipated work that we were able to back out of the contract and find the new home we recently purchased.
