I've been a member with FP on and off for several years and it seems like they're only after one thing... $$. When the business first came to town, my family had a lot of trouble with charges to our bank account with little to no explanation..
Fast forward to today & I'm experiencing the same thing. I initially went in to cancel my membership and join a gym closer to my work that was also cheaper. But the woman at the desk convinced me to just put a freeze on my account to see how I liked the new gym! Understandable. She stated I would not be charged a membership fee.. end of

Just signed up and my card hasn't been working. They have tried to fix it twice now and still can't get it right. I am paying for a membership and haven't been able to work out. Staff has no idea what they are doing. Gym is also small with outdated equipment. I wouldn't recommend getting a membership here.

Be careful! When you cancel your membership! They try to talk you out of it! The ask you why you are canceling,its really none of their business! Then after you do cancel, and I did first of the month! So I would not get charged next month, they still billed me anyway! Now I will call the bank and dispute the charge. Why do so many businesses have to be so unreliable?

I have been a member for many years. No one is at the front desk, so I usually just walk in. They keep expanding, but never add equipment. Their core members use the weights and never get new machines or free weights. However, if you do the classes they offer, they add new miniscule crap that nobody uses. If it wasn't for the convenience of living in town, I would definitely go somewhere else
