My husband and I began going to Dr Brian Miller and Dr Mark Miller when they first started their business in the Home Depot Shopping Center. We lived in Alicante at the time, so they were close by. In 2014 we moved back to CA and lost touch. We moved back to NV in 2019 and moved to Henderson. We tried several optometrist in our area, but went back to Dr Brian Miller even though he is 36 miles away! I trust Dr Brian Miller and will continue to drive up to Durango Dr! He is professional, yet warm and caring. I would definitely recommend Advanced Eye Care!

I didn't especially want to buy prescription sunglasses, but I am so glad that I did! Dr. Brian and his staff were absolutely warm and professional, which is something that doesn't seem to happen as much any more. I was always greeted with happy voices whenever I walked into the office. The experience was nearly effortless from the initial eye exam to receiving the glasses.
Shellee was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure my glasses were delivered exactly as expected. They fit perfectly and they do exactly what I wanted them to do. Shellee really impressed

Doctor is ok (4 stars) staff is horrible (0 star)
For their staff I texted them on 9/23/2021, I wrote that I was there a couple days ago and I have a question, "If I see the same shadow again do I need to go in ASAP or can it wait?" They texted back couple hours later saying they will check with the doctor and get back to me. Then next day around noon they texted again said they will get back to me sometime later. 2 hours later they called but I missed the call, in the voice mail they didn't answer the question at all. I texted them back on 9/26 (Sunday) asking if the answer is

My exam at Advanced Eyecare was extremely thorough. Everyone was professional but friendly. It was my first time there but if felt as if I was returning to a familiar place.
The Doctor happily answered all of my questions. When it was time to pick glasses, Shellee sent me in one direction to select what I like, while she went in the other direction and picked a few she thought I might like. In the end I selected one of her picks that I probably would not have tried on if she had not suggested it. Thank you to everyone at Advanced Eyecare and a special thank you to Shellee.

I was surprised to receive a reply to my Yelp review as i rarely get anyone's attention .... but Linda reached out to me and apologized for the service I received from the receptionist and very kindly have me my 30 day prescription and sending samples for my inconvenience so with that being said, I'm very satisfied with the resolution and will give them a go on my next visit. Advanced Eyecare has been my first healthcare experience since moving from Southern California going on four months ago, and if I had the money or the insurance, I'd gladly fork it over if I knew all of my providers would be as phenomenal as Doc Nguyen. Doc was efficient, thorough, and relatable. She addressed all my needs and concerns and I was on my way. Hopefully I luck out through the VA system, or some other means...but either Californians are used to really substandard care, or Nevada really is too good to be true. I'm still waiting 40mins for an appointment for an adjustment to fix some broken glasses. No communication or anything, I've witnessed multiple people go ahead of me who came in after me. Frustrating to say the least but they ordered me replacement frames for my glasses because they didn't have a certain replacement screw. Only downside is I have to wait a few weeks and go back to an old prescription until it comes in

Back in May, I made the switch over to Advanced Eyecare from Kaiser Permanente in CA and can definitely say that my expectations have been exceeded.
Dr. Wendy Nguyen has now seen me several times within the past few months due to an eye issue that arose - and I can without a doubt say that she is extremely caring, friendly, and truly wants the best for her patients.
Through her active listening, she was not only able to identify the issue that was occurring with my eye but also helped lead me in the direction of finding a proper health diagnosis from my PCP due to my symptoms working in conjunction

I found Advanced Eyecare from Yelp. Made the appointment with Dr. Brian Miller. On arrival I was greeted warmly by the front desk. Once taken to the back another pleasant employee did my pre- exam as we chatted a bit.
Dr Brian is very warm & friendly, he puts you at ease, and has time for you. I didn't feel rushed. I felt like he was genuinely happy to have me as a patient. Had a through eye exam and I was happy to have found our optometrist and it's close to home too.

Dr. Brian Miller has been our Eye Dr. For years. Today I brought my 83 yr old Mom to get an eye exam. He and his staff our amazing. They are very friendly and thorough. We felt both welcome and safe and very well cared for in these Covid days. You can be assured of fantastic vision care at his office

My VSP Eyecare benefits just reset so I made an appointment at the closest vision care business to my home. I was warmly welcomed by counter staff when I entered. The facilities were clean and new. For a Saturday they were well staffed to accommodate customers in a timely manor. The Doctor was extremely friendly and personable. I’d you. Once again, I saw Dr. Wendy Nguyen for my annual eye examination and contact lens fitting.
Exceptional job. Very pleasant. Great personality. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the clinic. Spacious!!!

Slow and terrible customer service. I'm the only one in the waiting group and some employees are chatting instead of helping the customers. Drs are great but the staff is terrible
I tried calling the office number of times yesterday and the calls were going directly to voicemail I walked in yesterday and the staff was just having a good time and no one was in the phone.

We love Dr Miller...such a great Dr. my entire family will go to no other Dr.
We have been going to Dr Miller for several years now...and are very happy with his services..he is very informative and has always directed me in the proper direction. I have several friends that travel over 45 minutes just to see Dr. Miller.

I came here as a first time patient for an eye exam. I am more than satisfied with care and customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted nicely on a busy Saturday morning. Once I was called in for my exam, every staff member I encountered was extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly. Looking forward to my next annual visit.

I have to say this place is super modern, clean, and just an overall amazing vibe right when you walk in through the door. I was expecting like a doctors office visit room when I made my appointment, but I definitely was taken back upon entering.
I was greeted right away by the front desk, checked in and filled out paperwork quickly. I love that they have so much places to sit while you wait. I also love that they have a little kids corner with iPads and toddler activity toys. Definitely a win in my book since I had my two year old with me.
