Stephanie's Family Child Care & Preschool
Parents struggle with finding a Child Care & Preschool they can trust. We provide a safe, nurturing, learning environment where children are happy and parents have peace of mind. It is my life's work to meet the Physical, Social, Educational, Emotional and Developmental needs of the children in my care.

To facilitate this process I work every day to provide them with the tools and experiences to explore their world freely. Freedom of exploration gives a child the ability to experience and understand their world as they learn through all of their senses. If you are consistent in your interactions with children they feel safe.
Services
Your child's ability to communicate and connect with others through listening, speaking, reading and writing. Your child's ability to count, understand number sense, manipulate objects, create patterns, sort, compare and measure. Your child's ability to inquire, predict and evaluate observations.

It supports a child's ability to explore everyday life, physical properties of matter, and to make sense of concepts such as weather, natural habitats, and technology.Your child's ability to respond to experiences by expressing ideas and imagination through music, dance, dramatic play, and art. We have regularly scheduled diaper changes, and frequent diaper checks to insure clean, dry bottoms.
To develop both Gross Motor Skills (crawling, rolling, sitting up, walking) and Fine Motor Skills (pincer grasp, hand strength) infants must experience Independent Play and Tummy Time. This enables them to explore freely, work on their motor skills and reach their developmental milestones. Infants will spend a significant amount of their waking hours on the floor playing and exploring in a safe play area both inside, and outside in the shade.

This is not a "large facility" by any means, as previously mentioned by another review. The back yard is a nice size but the space for the children indoors is very small. BEWARE of a contract that will trap you into paying the remainder of your child's "tuition" for an entire month even if your child for any reason doesn't take to their home or care. My child attended here for an extremely short amount of time (less than a week) and removing them from their care proved to be especially difficult (reaching 1000$). There are many "black out dates" that they

I could not have been more happy with Stephanie and her staff! My little one was with her for a little less than a year, and we only left due to my work schedule being in another county. She's amazing with the kids, caring, and overall we are happy we got to experience her child care.

My two kids have been going to Stephanie's child care for over a year now. My kids love her and her staff. I have honestly never felt so comfortable with any child care before as much as I am with Stephanie. She truly loves kids and is committed to providing the best care possible. I can have open conversations to help deal with normal challenges and we work together to find solutions. Recently, we have started to ween my 5 year old off of regular nap time to help her adjust to the transition of Kindergarten. Also, she has been having toileting issues and Stephanie is helping us implement

When I was pregnant with my son, I knew that I wanted an in-home day care provider who had similar parenting philosophies as my husband and I do. We wanted someone who would allow me to come visit during lunch to nurse my son (who was 4 months old when he started), who would allow me to continue providing breast-milk after 12 months old, who taught sign language, had a curriculum for the children, and who would love my child. I interviewed commercial daycare centers and in-home providers. When I met Stephanie, I knew that she would be the right fit for our family. I could not have asked for

My daughter just started here about a week ago and we have already seen a HUGE improvement her manners, speech and her overall temperament. We have never felt so comfortable putting our daughter in the somebody else's care like we have with Stephanie. Her assistant, Stacy, is amazing and so polite as well. Every day when I pick up my daughter her hair is beautiful and she's clean! We have had a bad experience at a previous day care so when we enrolled our daughter into this day care we were definitely on our guard. We are so comfortable now knowing that our daughter is learning and having

My child attended daycare 6 months here, after the 5th phone call that we needed to pick our child up cause he was "sick" and wasn't was the final straw. We felt we were being taken advantage of in that her policy/contract states any child that is sick can not come to daycare for 24 hours, which we are ok with, but its very odd that all 5 times we were called was on a Thursday afternoon. This means for 5 weeks we paid full price for only 3 1/2 days per week of child care, when not once of those 5 times did he ever have a fever.
Also, I estimate that 75% of the time I picked up my
