Texas Cardiac Care home health care services cover Tarrant (Fort Worth), Denton, Wise, Parker and Johnson counties. We offer comprehensive home health care to meet all of you or your loved ones needs. We develop individualized care plans through intensive communication with your physician in order to ensure that you are receiving all the care necessary.
We require our registered nurses to have critical care experience, which means they have better skills as clinicians than our competitors. Unlike many home health agencies, our owner is a registered nurse with lengthy personal experience taking care of the most critically ill. Our staff strives to be included in our clients' lives.

TCC is a home health care agency specializing in in-home cardiovascular and pulmonary disease management. Whether recovering from a hospitalization or surgery, or dealing with a new medical diagnosis, our patients enjoy the peace of mind that comes from having ICU experienced staff providing health care in their homes.
Doug is the CEO, Clinical Director and a founding member of TCC. He has over 25 years of clinical knowledge and experience. While serving our military with humility for over two decades, following college, he worked 10 years in a Harris Methodist Fort Worth Intensive Care Unit. During an experience working part-time seeing patients for a home health agency in the late 1990s, he knew had found his calling.
Registered nurses (RNs) are the core of our company. Our RNs have excellent assessment skills, and are able to identify the early signs of a potentially dangerous situation. Our home health aides (HHAs) are certified by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS). They can assist patients with everyday activities such as personal hygiene and light housekeeping.
Critical Care experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) are at the very heart of our company. These experienced case managers supervise their patient's total health status, referring to other team members when appropriate. Our RNs have excellent assessment skills and are able to identify the early signs of a health problem, and intervene appropriately to prevent a potentially dangerous situation mitigating the need for hospitalization.

Texas Cardiac Care provides home care services for my grandma that suffers from dementia and is unable to care for herself. After developing a large open sore on her leg her doctor suggested that we have a home health agency get involved to provide treatment. The staff at Texas Cardiac Care is not only very professional but provide EXCELLENT care. The nursing staff are all very knowledgeable and attentive, making sure my grandmother was 100% comfortable since the dementia has made her treatment challenging. The nurses made sure that we were informed along the way and teaching us as she went on
