I am so disappointed. Our kitchen window has a hole or crack area in the screen outside every time me and my family cook, many, many flies come in. We have contacted anyone you could think of and nothing. No help with stopping this problem. Me and my family hardly can ever cook anymore because we don’t want flies here. Not to mention we have a work order from early June and no one came to fix anything. We call many times a day, no answer. I cannot continue to keep having bugs fly in from my window when I decide to eat and feed my family. I also cannot stand the fact that no one has came in to

I like the complex and the location is great. My only complaint is that there is not enough police patrol in the complex. Kids have been running around at night, making quit a bit of noise near tenants doors. Also there is 1 rent office staff, in which I do not know her name. But she is beyond RUDE, not pleasant at all. if I was to ever get a hold of the head management of the complex. I would not hesitate to let them know that she should not be working in their customer service establishment with that type of attitude and negative energy. Other than that I say give the complex a try.

I can't imagine i have been requesting for AC Maintenance service for 2 weeks and counting and no one seems to listen to me or solve my problems. I have called the the office to place a work order, left voice message, went to the office in person to complain but nothing is done. They are happy to collect my rent but not happy to make my apartment comfortable. The management of this complex was never poor as this. These are the worst staffs at this leasing office. I wonder how they got this job. Poor customer service. I wish some one could uplift the standard of this complex as it was 3 years ago

I love the peace and quiet in our neighborhood. There is nothing like being able to communicate with the property manager. Alyssa has been helpful throughout our whole time living in burgundy court. Anytime we call she is pleasant and always there to assist us with all our needs. If it wasn’t for her we would of already found a new place to call home .

Property 'management ' never call you back or follow up via email about concerns but are quick to apply FEES for things you have been asking about for over a month. The floors have holes under the carpet. The ceilings in the closet fall if someone above you is larger. Trash all over the courtyard all the time. Maintenance workers are nice though. If there was another complex open in my kids school. I would have never moved here.
EDIT: the water is literally always cold!! It doesn’t matter the time of day or time of year. The new manager is nice and works with you on stuff so I give her credit

I honestly would give this place no stars if I could. The new management and maintenance is TERRIBLE! Leasing office never answers the phone. It took months for a simple dishwasher to get fixed and I had to smell and live with mildew water in my kitchen for those months because they we’re “busy.” My kitchen flooded and has mold in it and they still have you to fix this issue. Maintenance entered my home WITHOUT permission and the office tried to brush it over and forget about it. It doesn’t even help to call corporate because they are no help either.
