The WORST place to live. Do NOT even think of renting an apartment from this establishment. They do not uphold their own “rules”. It is NOT a
“Non-smoking” facility. Not only do they allow tenants to smoke, they turn their eyes from drug use among minors, but they defend those who they like, and kick out tenants who complain their own rules have been violated. In addition, they will mix any age tenants from 18 to 60’s together just to fill the space. Completely unacceptable. Management and staff are rude, condescending, and treat those they don’t like very poorly. STAY AWAY from here

PARENTS BEWARE!! As a parent of a freshman college student, I am extremely unhappy with The Edge. They promote this place as student housing, when my 18 year old son was roomed with a 60 + year old man with some significant health problems, to include falling down multiple times and unable to get back up without assistance. They told my son they would find a solution for him by the following week and it’s been well over a month now with no response. On top of that, if you think that your rent is all inclusive, think again. We average between $30-$40 in excess utilities every month. After jumping

I live in fear every day. I often smell drugs and one mans car was jacked up on blocks with his wheels missing, presumably with his rims stolen in the parking lot. The electronic security gate has the button installed too close to the door, so anyone can reach in and gain access to the building. There are alcohol bottles all over the place and the vending machine was broken into with glass shattered. They won't let anyone out of their lease without paying the entire lease off so I have the choice of being destitute or looking over my shoulder. I don't feel safe in my own home.

The office manager had my vehicle towed tonight within 30 minutes of me being here to visit my sister who is a resident. I parked in the only un-numbered spot that I could find, I made sure to park in a spot that did not have a number so that I would not be towed. They need to one, paint the numbers to be visible as so many are faded to the point of being difficult to see or completely unseeable and two, they need a new office manager. After speaking to other residents, this is apparently common. New roommates, current residents, as well as their visitors frequently deal with this hassle and expenditure
