Cindy Esser Floral Shop

I placed an order on Thursday 12/9 at 8:00 am PT for same-day delivery. Their website states same day delivery is often available. I’m from out of the area and still have not been able to get in contact with them. My cc has not been charged, I’ve tried emailing the address on their website to no avail. I’ve tried calling multiple times, and dates and the phone number either has a Verizon tone saying the recipient of my call is busy. Not sure what to do here, the time frame I needed flowers has passed by days. If you are reading this, please just cancel my order #52200. I believe this business

Wasn’t here so couldn’t get an arrangement after driving here. Kind of upsetting.

The florists we're so nice, and so knowledgeable. They made me a beautiful bouquet on the spot in about five minutes. I was so impressed, and the recipient couldn't have been happier with them.

I needed a larger day-of arrangement and it came out looking great! Definitely will be back and would recommend anyone else here.

Called and ordered a fresh bouquet, and asked them to stay around set price. They not only created a gorgeous bouquet, but also stayed a few cents less than what I asked to spend. This was a pleasant surprise, since another shop in the area charged me much more when I gave a set price.

The gentleman who arranged my bouquet was friendly and generous with the flowers. Very good value for the money. My wife said they were the nicest flowers I've ever gotten her. Thanks!

If I could give them a zero I would. We had snow on Valentine's Day, which I understand things happen. Thing is they don't call to tell you they might not make it and don't answer the phone on Valentine's Day. I guess they can't be bothered. I went down in person at 130pm to make sure they'd make it, and they said they would. We waited til 5pm which is really pushing it to begin with, and my girlfriend was in the shower and missed a call from them. My girlfriend who the flowers were for......
You don't call someone ahead of time to deliver flowers that is about the strangest business practice

Love this little shop. Mr. Esser has always been happy to make up a bouquet when I stop in for my fiancée. Just give him an amount and he can put together something beautiful on the fly.

I ordered 4 purple orchids in a planter with other plants and dried flowers in a vase with a purple bow, there were only 2 flowers with 3 stems and nothing else, the orchids were minitures and the bow was small and uneven, I paid $84.00 for this, it was for a lifelong friend who passed, each orchid was to represent one of her 4 children, I was so embarrassed of this arrangement as I ordered for several friends, I could have gotten better at Walmart, it was so cheap looking, I will never order here again, the arrangements used to be original and beautiful. What happened!
