Worst florist ever so unprofessional. They completely messed up my surprise for my daughter. I planned for this surprise for last so many days and because of their unprofessional behavior everything got messed up. Can you believe there delivery driver doesn't have phone so they couldn't deliver on time rather my daughter will get her stuff in 2 days now. If u love your loved ones then never ever use this florist. I could give negative stars if possible

Ron was my Pittsburgh florist for many years. His bouquets were always beautiful. Even when I wanted to send flowers out of state, I'd call Ron and he'd take my order and refer it on - he made sure to find someone who'd do a great job. Now, that's service! Now I live in Florida, but I needed to send flowers to a Pittsburgh friend today, so I picked up the phone and called Ron. He remembered me and we reminisced for a bit. A late afternoon call to Leone Floral and i received exceptional service. They walked me through flowers that were available and what was appropriate for a new born celebration. With a $5.00 delivery service to the hospital, the flowers were there within the hour! The flowers were even more beautiful than expected! They exceeded my expectations on every level! This shop has the worst customer service. I ordered flowers for my Mother and the order was completely incorrect - the flowers were different and the wrong colors, the vase was different and it was missing the bow. After I called to inquire about the discrepancies, the florist returned to her office, took the flowers for 30 minutes and returned with a hideous "bow". Not only was the situation completely embarrassing, it still was not what I had ordered. When I said I would not pay the $75 for it, he returned again to her office and took the flowers and told me that I was going to get

I cannot say enough great things about this Florist. However, I will start off by saying how fantastic Ron Leone and his staff are. I came into his shop to inquire about wedding flowers and the selection was great. Ron was a true professional and really knows the business. The price was very affordable and, to make a long story short, when I walked into my wedding location I was overwhelmed with how perfect everything was. It was far beyond my expectations. I'm a very disappointed customer. For $65 & $10 to deliver and tax for a grand total of $80.25 the bouquet was ok at best. While the lillies were pretty, several roses wilted after just a couple of days and one had petals falling off. It looked like a $25 bouquet from ShopRite. The website is very misleading as the bouquets for $40-$60 look significantly better, like three times, than what was received. While I know it's the thought that counts, my friend was in the hospital and I'm disappointed in the quality of what was delivered. Don't recommend!
