I ordered flowers for a funeral, and a mixup at the bank meant my card was declined. The shop called right away, then waited patiently for me to work it out, even a day later. Despite a much shorter turnaround time, they made a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered in time. The staff was kind, understanding, accommodating, and a pleasure to do business with. Will definitely order again.

I have been using them for some time but never saw pictures only got thank you cards. But yesterday they delivered flowers to funeral home for a dear friend to family. I ordered an expensive spray with red and white flowers. The manager was nice enough to explain some things to me that I thought were not right. But in the end, I thought the mesh bow and banner were homemade looking and not professional, banner was so small and looked like it had gold stickers put on it instead of printed with white letters like photo on their site. Sherry and her team at Blumengarten were so great to work with for my wedding. Overall I loved how flexible they were. They were very willing to work within my budget which I really appreciated. They were also able to provide me with a larger variety and more interesting flowers compared to a different quote I received. I was also able to provide my own bud vases for some of the centerpieces which was very convenient. After I starting getting RSVPs I realized I would need less centerpieces than planned and Blumengarten was able to repurpose those flowers into general reception area decor which

I can't thank them enough for my flowers! They were responsive and efficient from the first day I reached out. I had to change things a few times and never once did any of the staff seem irritated and were always happy to help.
The flowers were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. My bouquet was everything I had envisioned and then some! They all looked so beautiful. The ceremony flowers and the reception décor flowers were perfection. They were very great with communicating, Sherry was on top of everything.

My husband bought me a bouquet from here. Was shocked to hear that they cost $50, I'd have expected better from a gas station. He too was appalled at the lack of artistry and poor selection, and how few flowers there were. He took them back and they gave him a new bouquet (no apology) shown here. The instructions said to add flower food but there was none provided with either bouquet. That was two days ago. The petals are already dropping and greens wilting in an air-conditioned room.
The bunch was tied together and I dropped them straight in to the vase so this is how they came.

During a trying time with my 14 year old granddaughter recuperating from brain surgery at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh my wife and I wanted to send her a bouquet of flowers, however wanted to do a bit more. My wife reminded me that my granddaughter loves "apple sauce"! When I made the phone call to Jim Ludwig's I asked if they could include a couple of jars of apple sauce. After a brief hold, they said yes and the rest is history! The presentation of the bouquet and apple sauce was "excellent"! Hospital staff even complimented the uniqueness
