Coastline was recently purchased by another management company. I'd been having issues with my washing machine & then the day before last our toilets & tub started backing up. I called & left a short message on the "urgent" maintenance voice mail. John knocked on my door in seriously less than 2 minutes - He totally rocks!! He got the plumbers here (who were also great) who cleared the mainline within a couple hours & then John got on the floor & fixed my washing machine. I love this apartment - I love my neighbors & I absolutely give kudos to John who has worked himself ragged during the change

I was scheduled to view an apartment and when I got there, the person who answered seemed disappointed that people were at the door. Also, the person who told me to be there wasn’t there, and also told me the wrong info. So I made a 50 mile round trip for NOTHING. I got told “sorry” but “sorry” doesn’t put gas in my car

I’ve been living her 2 years my toilets always clog or sinks my boys room has had mold and a hole in the ceiling for over 6 Mos my microwave doesn’t work my water doesn’t get hot the neighbors are horrible all they do is cut the grass they never fix anything my cabinet doors are falling off i can go on

I’m only giving 2 stars bkz I have been living here for 2 years but I’m about to put my notice in the new management is awful. Ciara yes you Ciara u need to learn some manners and respect!!bkz u don’t have any. U can’t be talking to people as if they u man or u kid….I missss the previous ladies who worked in that office. They were way better . Bruna does a GREAT job but she can’t attend to everyone. And she can’t be doin damage control for Ciara!!! Run…

Hot water is constantly cutting out and maintenance takes weeks to come out and fix it, that is if you are able to get anyone to pick up the phone. Anytime there’s a problem (which is always) I have to physically go in the office to tell them. When maintenance finally does come they don’t give you a heads up so I know to put your dog away and they leave a mess of drywall or mud or don’t lock your door back. NEVER MOVE HERE

Today was my move in day and the service that I received was very unprofessional. The unit that I moved into had cobwebs all over the ceilings, the walls in the kitchen were dirty, and the outside of the fridge was dirty.
I went up to the office twice addressing the issue and the maintenance person did not come until the second time I went up there and hours later. He said that he was going to send the cleaning company over to clean and I ended up cleaning it on my own because hours passed and no none showed up.
Overall I am very disappointed with this service, I do not recommend this apartment

There is just no getting around the roach infestation. It doesn’t matter how sanitary you are, they appear everywhere big & small in numerous rooms, the showers, at one point on the ceiling. It’s gotten to the point where I keep RAID on the kitchen counter at night as it’s bound to be a few out and about.
The staff is pretty good and have been reasonably attentive whenever I reach out to them, and maintenance has also been good although they can take a bit longer than usual for simple tasks, but I’m a patient person.

I just talk with Bruna few days ago! And today I went there with some questions, She is very kind and patient. She was great! My husband doesn't speak English very well. Bruna makes our experience so great. She speaks more then one language, and explain step by step the application process to my husband. I really appreciate your attention. We looking for words to call this place home.

I love my 2bd 1.5 ba unit: it’s spacious with some updates and I love it. I have been living here since January. I’ve had to contact maintenance probably 6-8 times during my time here and it is always a hassle. I’m normally extremely patient, understanding they may be backed up, etc but at this point I have reached my limit. My AC has been blowing hot air since yesterday. The temp in my apartment has been 85 since yesterday evening! I have a 4 year old and I work from home . Maintenance came out today, looked at the unit (did nothing basically), said he’d come back in 2 hrs to check if

This place is the absolute worse. There has been a RAT INFESTATION my parents apartment since January. Maintenance did nothing but lay 2 traps and sealed a hole. Sealing the RAT INSIDE OF THE APARTMENT!!! They claim pest control does not come out for emergency’s. Also we’ve been on a pest control list since JANUARY and have YET to see anyone… from said pest control company. They Tried to contact a private company but that was shut down because they refused to grant them permission to enter. Management doesn’t care hope this sees the right people to get something done or

John and Paris are absolutely AMAZING. I’ve been having electrical issues for about 2 weeks now. No electricity in my dining room. Microwave and garbage disposal wasn’t working. Toilet handle in the master bedroom broke off as well. They came in today and had everything fixed in less than 30 minutes!
