Very disappointed. Uncle Reggie’s ‘staff’ served at my vow renewal. He did not attend. Service was so unprofessional. My guests were not even allowed water to drink prior to dinner being served which was served COLD. Although they arrived on time they did not heat the food. I had to pay extra for my bridal party to be served (which was understood) but neither our tables or our guests tables were bussed prior to dessert. And we almost didn’t get our cake service which was included in the contract. It seems as though they couldn’t lift the cake from the box before cutting it (since it wasn’t
