Don't let the reviews fool you. I dealt with roaches in the building where I covered up the kitchen drains and bathrooms as the place is infested with them. Way too much rent to have to put up with these nasty lil critters! I left there shortly after Maria left and they shorted me on my deposit after leaving the place clean!

I lived here for a year & I really liked it. I saw a lot of bad reviews, but I never experienced those issues. Whenever I called about a maintence issue, it got fixed the same day. Sometimes the guy would even come immediately if he wasn't already working on something else. The apartment itself is nice, although has a very tiny kitchen & bathroom. But the bedroom & living room & closet are spacious. They are pet friendly, but just know there's no grass anywhere. Also there is no guest parking, but there is a nice neighborhood next door where my guests usually parked that

Hi, I have lived here at Azul for almost a year. I moved here from Ohio and they were great about helping me rent my apartment and get everything ready for when I arrived.
It's an old building and so it can have its issues sometimes. But, they are so good about fixing any issues we have right away.
The price it great for the area and they are updating the security all the time to make sure it's safe and no one gets in that's not supposed to be.(Alot of homelessness in Anaheim unfortunately. So they try to get in for shelter sometimes.)
There are alot of families here and my son and I both love

I give the apartments a 1 star. The apartments are cheaply constructed and the property manager let's anyone move in. It used to be nice before the new property manager took over in 2019. I stayed for a bit but moved right away when i seen she was driving the place into the ground. She is NEVER in the office not even during office hours. I would wait 10 minutes and look down the walkway just to make sure she wasn't showing an apartment and she never appeared. I don't know what she does all day but it's not work. The apartments are INFESTED with roaches and she uses a cheap

I don't know what's going on with this new manager. She just secretly charged me $50 from my security deposit for three months without informing me!!!!??? When I asked her why didn't she just tell me about it first, she answered she didn't get my information from the former manager. Seriously? I don't mind paying a late fee if it is my fault to be late. But you got to inform tenants what they've been charging!!!! Not after you keep doing it secretly for three months!!! Not even mention during this special time, they begin to refuse personal checks, let people go outside

Lots of plumbing issues here. First there were multiple leaks from the ceiling in our kitchen. This past month, really dirty water has been coming out from the drain and flooding our bathtub. We noticed that this happens when our neighbors are using their shower. Today, i went to the manager and asked for the maintenance guy to report this because it got so bad that our bathtub was filled to the very top twice already in one day and I had to scoop out the water myself to make sure it wouldn't overflow to the bathroom floor. I have been living here for 6 months now and I have enjoyed it very much. I have moved over 20 times in my life so I have experienced many different locations. Azul Apartments has been one of the most pleasant living experiences so far. I am moving soon to be closer to my family and I will surely miss this place. The staff: property manager and maintenance are extremely kind and helpful. All in all, there were no problems while living here and I highly recommend Azul Apartments to anyone interested.

I don't normally write reviews, but I honestly can't stand this apartment. There's always some sort of issue with the gate system. It has been more than 5 times I'm locked outside the apartment that I, myself, work hard to pay the rent. I thought the rent was affordable, but you get what you paid for. My heat couldn't work when I first moved in; it's extremely loud at night; the gym is way too tiny; Maria is never at her office when I need to talk with her; you guys don't even have an online pay system; the parking is limited; the keys are expensive and they don't even work. I honestly regret moving

I used to live here years ago and I actually loved it-The location, clean and good size. The on-site management was a little strange and creepy except Nancy I remember her she was kind, sweet, friendly and understanding.
I love the updates they did and changed the name. I’m unsure what it used to be called. But it looks great.

I WARN YOU NOW- STAY AWAY FROM AZUL APARTMENTS!!! Horrid experiences in my year here. The gate code never works- I have spent countless nights at 3 AM coming home from my second job waiting hours outside until someone opens the gate in the morning. In an unsafe area at that. I regret ever moving into this place- they promise everything good but execute on absolutely nothing. Maria is never ever available, they are extremely understaffed with maitenance, nothing gets fixed when we tell them it needs to be. STAY AWAY FROM HERE I AM WARNING YOU.
