My original flight got canceled the day I was supposed to leave. Fortunately, I was able to get another flight but the arrival time was hours later than the reservation I’d made. I contacted the company to let them know what was going on and change the situation and they got things moved for me in under an hour!

I came to Atlanta last week on business. Before my trip, Mr. Tyrone Hannibal provided me with exceptional customer service, answering all my questions and ensuring I was well informed about how the service works. When my plane landed early, my driver, Kwame called me before my plane taxied at the gate to tell me he was there waiting on me and provided me with directions on how to navigate through the airport to find him. He was kind, courteous and got me to my destination safely. Three days later he came to my hotel, picked me up and got me to the airport on time. In a world of Uber and Lift services

I really regretted using this service! Based on the reviews on their own website, I thought I was doing the right thing. This was the first time my daughter was traveling on her own to an internship in Georgia and wanted her to feel taken care of when she arrived at the Atlanta Airport. The company was very kind and accommodating when taking my information and credit card, but that's when it ended. Not only did they return my calls, but no one was there to greet her (I paid extra to have the driver come inside with a sign and her name). I called and called and no one answered which was very unnerving
