They were literally rude from the second I walked in the door. I stopped by a week ago to inquire about an eye exam. My husband goes here, and we live right down the street, so I thought it would be a convenient option.
I didn't get one foot in the door before some employee with brown hair started asking questions. There was no "welcome in," no "what can we do for you." I told her I just had a quick question and she seemed annoyed by that.
I asked my question and then went home to contemplate whether or not I should use them after that encounter. I decided to proceed

As always, a great experience. Went there for my annual vision check. Everybody in the office was most pleasant and professional. Was able to order my contact lenses. Unfortunately, had to come back to have my pupils dilated because I had too many things to do that afternoon and could not have my vision affected. Dr Johnson, as always, was very thorough and made sure I had no questions before leaving. This place is so awesome that I have moved over my wife and daughter to bespoke for their eyewear.

Dr. Johnson and staff were very professional, and friendly. I had a full eye exam and got my eyes dilated. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. I would highly recommend her. The office space was super clean and they did a great job of sanitizing the equipment before each use. I recently switched jobs/insurance and she went out of her way to help explain my new insurance coverage. I appreciated that.

The entire staff & Dr. Johnson at Bespoke Eye Care are amazing. They do a wonderful job at making sure you're comfortable from the moment you walk in the door.
The office is very spacious, neat, and clean. Everyone made sure that all the equipment was sanitized before using.
Dr. Johnson is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She took the time to explain everything I didn't understand and answer any questions I had.
