We moved into our unit Mid-August 2019, and after signing the lease and moving in, the landlord notified us of an infestation that was "treated" 6 months prior to our move in by this company by Carl Easter. It was never solved, and Carl told me after his 3rd visit to this until that our landlord never checked the other units. IT IS IN THE CHICAGO BED BUG ORDINANCE that you HAVE to check all surrounding units! Any real and legal exterminator would be familiar with this law. We demanded in October that they check the units below ours (we are the top floor of a 3 unit building) and they found the

I had swarms of ants invading my home so I called and got hold of Chicago pest control experts.
They came within the hour and treated my home properly. The treatment seems to be working so far. Hopefully
the ants will not come back again at least not this year anyways. Thanks Chicago Pest Control Experts.
