Called Chris out to inspect a recently purchased home to make sure we were all sealed up and weren't going to have any pest surprises in the future. He was timely, honest and gave me all sorts of tips as he went along with inspection. It was the perfect opportunity that a lesser company would've used to take advantage of me and say I have a million problems and over charge me. Chris tells you what you need to know and his price is very fair. Definitely saving his number and I will be calling him if (God forbid) I need him in the future. I'd give more than five stars if I could. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would, the process took exactly as long as he said it would (about an hour and 15 minutes), and the price was exactly what he said it would be. Very reasonable and much more affordable than those big name companies that make you sign a yearly contract. And best of all, its been two weeks and the ants that were taking over my kitchen seem to be gone!

It's been two years and I can't say enough Good things about this company And the honest man behind the company. Chris came to my place and did an excellent job! We have not seen one mouse, NOT ONE!!! I am seriously afraid of nice. Chris checked all the closets under sinks, plugged the holes after showing me where they were along with clossing off large open area in my kitchen that for sure rodents would have entered especially during the winter months. Chris is without a doubt a true professional in his industry. His knowledge and solution to our issue was spot on. We had a terrible infestation of sweet ants....those tiny little brownish color ants that swarm every crumb they find. They were everywhere....no matter how much I cleaned or how much I sprayed Raid down, they would be back in a day or two doubled in quantity. Chris located the source of where they were coming from and stopped them in their tracks. Truly amazing!!! We are very pleased with the work he did to rid us of our ants. We just moved to town and our new house had an ant problem. He performed a very thorough inspection and applied some ant bait in a targeted location, promising we should be clear of ants in a week or two. That was 4 days ago. We have not seen an ant in 3-1/2 days! We plan to use this company as our regular treatment option.

Chris Brennan was professional, courteous, thorough and educational. We moved to Oak Park from the desert southwest and recently had our first "mouse in the house" experience. We left a message on Chris' after-hours line and he called us back first thing in the morning.
Not only did he take the time to thoroughly investigate both the inside and outside of the house, he immediately began to fill in the gaps where mice could enter, placed a lot of traps in strategic place, but he also showed us what to look for in the future and ultimately saved us money by showing us how to fix

After a local beekeeper told me that my 'honeybee' swarm under my my front porch were not honeybees, I called Chris Brennan.
Chris came by a few hours after I called him (on a Saturday) and said that my new friends on the porch were yellow jackets. Yikes. I wanted to cut this off quickly.
Chris came by later that evening .. to make sure all the yellow jackets were tucked into bed .. and then bombed em.
Bye Bye yellow jackets.
I would highly recommend Chris. He's responsive, friendly, and knows what he's doing. Will hire him always for any pest control that I might need
