Well engineered solution to our rodent problem! We had rats that had burrowed under our a/c units. First, they put bait down to provide an immediate start to the solution. Second, Lloyd came out and surveyed the situation, and called me direct to walk through how they would fix the area. They showed up 2-days later and it was quite the engineering solution, as our units sit along a narrow gangway next to our deck. They lifted the units, dug out the burrows, leveled and filled in with lime stone, put down a wire mesh, and then placed the pavers in a solid block (to prevent spacing) and put the a

Three years ago, after seeing multiple rats running through our yard, and even catching one in a snap trap, we called Resolve. They installed a "rat barrier" around the interior perimeter of our yard, and guaranteed no rats for 3 years (it worked -- knock on wood that it continues!). More recently, they came out to investigate what looked like a sinkhole, indicating rat activity from a different source.
